The technician arrived within the timeframe as scheduled. He notified me when he was on his way.
I had all carpeted areas cleaned, as well as all floor tile surfaces cleaned. This is a new house to me therefore, I wanted to ensure all the flooring was clean.
The technician went over everything that he would be doing, and when he was done, everything he went went over was completed looking amazing and smelling fantastic.
Zerorez is the greatest carpet cleaning company I have ever used! Kelvin is the technical that cleaned my carpet this time! He is fantastic! He is very professional, and enjoyable to be around! We had a wonderful experience with our service person and cleaning . He was very informative and thorough, and half way through our carpet cleaning, he had us come take a look. We had a large area, a big loft, stairs and a hallway done . Turned out very well considering our carpet was 20+ years old. He made it look new again. We'll definitely use Zerorez again for future cleanings!
We did have to call zero reds for a second technician to come and finish cleaning the living room room sofa and two chairs. Our wool area rug supposedly was to be done in a week and it is now longer than that and we’re still waiting for it. Later, perhaps we will hire zero Rez again to clean the grout in our tile. Apparently that is more their area of expertise.

The technicians are always very courteous and knowledgeable about their cleaning product. They are expedient and in and out of your house in a limited amount of time with a great instruction for the after drying.

The guy who did our floors and duct work were amazing. But your estimator was 50% of coats off.
Both Ryan and Dennis were courteous and gave me a reasonable estimate for the carpet cleaning. Having 2 technicians expedited the cleaning time to about an hour.
Healthier chemicals, good service
I have a very ill dog who made a bit of a mess on the carpets, the technician was caring and compassionate. He worked very hard to clean our carpets, working later than expected to make sure he took care of our carpets. I am very appreciative of his hard work to make my carpets clean once again.
I feel the first time we had you out the floors looked better afterwards. There are several spots that still appear dirty. I will have to get down and scrub them before my company arrives. I feel the edges of the wall flooring appear dirty still. It was also $53 more than the original quote $73 with tip and I feel this is a significant difference. For what we paid the floors should be spotless. I am less than impressed. Majority of the flooring is improved. I just wish it were better. The tech was very nice though.
I thought everything was great
The technician,Zy, did an outstanding job. He took the extra time to make sure the grout and the tile was as clean as possible, and the carpet looks like New. Great job!
Mickel arrived at home within window appointment. He presented his plan with discussion and visual tour of areas to be cleaned. Well and clear spoken. Gave options which I may consider with next cleaning. Upon completion, I inspected areas and VERY IMPRESSED! Areas of tougher stains look like brand new. He clearly gave instructions as to after care drying. Mickel is very pleasant and professional as representative of company. I look forward to next cleaning. HIGHLY Recommend ZEROREZ!
