recently had my furniture upholstery professionally cleaned by Zerorez, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was seamless — easy scheduling, clear communication, and exceptional results. My couches and chairs look brand-new again, with no residue or lingering odors. It’s rare these days to find a company that combines professionalism with genuine care for the customer’s home, but Zerorez truly delivers on both.
A special shout-out to Mario Meredith, who handled the cleaning. He was absolutely awesome — friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. Mario took the time to explain the process, addressed every question, and went above and beyond to make sure each piece of furniture was spotless. His attention to detail and pride in his work really stood out. Because of Mario and the overall quality of service, I’ll definitely be recommending Zerorez to friends and family.

Always do a great job
Jorge showed up on time and went through the house to detect bad areas that needed extra attention. He gave us recommendations for how to proceed. We selected some but not all of his recommendations. He was thorough and I was pleased with the way the carpet and area rugs looked after he cleaned them. I will definitely use Zerorez again.

The carpet doesn't take an inordinate amount of time to dry, and the substances you use don't have the obnoxious odor that some other companies' do.
