I had my floor tile grout and tiles cleaned. They were very dirty. Wow the grout is so clean. I keep looking at it so clean and bright. They are like they were when new. The technician was Michelle V. She was excellent at my job. She explained what she would be doing and kept me informed. She worked very hard and was very detailed. Also she was very knowledgeable
about the process. I am very satisfied with the results!

We had our carpet done by Zerorez last year. We were not at all happy with the service. Our carpet was very dirty at the entrance of the living room due to heavy traffic. When the tech left and the carpet dried it looked like the dirt had been smeared around in that area. I decided to give you another chance and I was sure y lad I did. Tamari Wooley was the tech that showed up this time and he did an excellent job. In fact next time I will be requesting him. Thank you Tamari for an excellent job.

It was efficient and good. Best part the carpet was not left soaked. It dried completely in a couple of hours without having to open windows or turn on fans. They did an excellent job at a reasonable price.

My husband and I are impressed and completely satisfied with the services we received from Zerorez and we will definitely be repeat customers! I initially had Zerorez come to our new home to clean the carpets, but after speaking with Cesar about the products and services offered and after seeing what a fantastic job he did with the carpet cleaning, I decided to have all the tile and grout cleaned as well! Both Cesar and Eric did such a great job getting our new home cleaned and ready to move in. Cesar explained how they clean without harsh chemicals, and as a mom of 3 kids who all have allergies this was very important to me. Cesar also informed us that Zerorez does so much more than just carpets and when Eric came and cleaned the tile he proved that this company cares about its customers! Eric was meticulous in cleaning the miles and miles of tile and grout, and when he was done we felt like we had just gotten new flooring. We will be looking forward to using Zerorez in the future for our cleaning needs and we'd recommend them to everyone!

My carpets in the bedrooms and hallway and stairs were cleaned wonderfully. But my problem carpet was my area rug in my living room. My dog has been peeing on the same side of the rug, I already purchased a new rug and he did it again. So I was hoping that with spending $240 to have it cleaned it would remove the smell and help prevent him from peeing again. Well it did not remove the smell or get cleaned very well. He hasn’t peed on it again though. I’m just disappointed. I may as well have bought another new rug for that price.
