We paid for a 3 room special and the tech cleaned 1 room. We were hopeful to have him include the stairs as the other 2 rooms but he said that would be an additional charge. In the end, he cleaned 1 room, left spots in it so that my wife had to get some stain remover to remove the stains herself. Feels like we made a charitable contribution to ZeroRez

The guy told me it was going to cost way more than I planned on. I paid a lot and can still see pet spots after it dried

Zero Rez is the best carpet cleaning company you can hire! Their process is excellent at getting carpets clean with no yucky chemicals left behind. But what truly stood out was the amazing technician that showed up to clean our carpets. Mike is hands down the best tech! He was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and went above and beyond! I will definitely be using Zero Rez again and I, without a doubt, will be asking for Mike!

Your technician Michelle was terrific. She explained everything, did not try to sell services that were not needed. She took time to get stains removed and did not rush to finish the job. The results are fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about ZeroRez. 1000% satisfied!!
