The service was fine. However I was quoted $250 over the phone but was charged over $350. Also, why is tipping requested? Are these hourly employees that earn less than minimum wage?

Exceptional care, very knowledgeable on product and care of carpeting. Very easy to schedule appointments with, The technician who came out to do the cleaning was wonderful, she is knowledgeable of the products and clear about what she will be doing and recommendations to consider in regard to handling spots, stains and animal ooopsies. Her customer service skills are top notch. I would recommend zerorez to anyone who wants quality, without a lot of chemicals, and amazing customer service.

The thoroughness of the procedure
We don't use products on our tile and carpets to minimize build-up. Zerorez provides a product that helps us with meeting this need. The ease of scheduling online as well as having an estimate of the costs are a bonus.
