I was quoted a price based on my explanation of what I wanted cleaned. Although I didn't add any rooms, the actual price was considerably higher. A more realistic estimate would be allow you to budget and plan better.

My floors look great! I am especially pleased with the tile floor in the bathroom. It was so dirty, it seemed impossible to get clean. But they did! It looks like brand new tile

The only complaint I had was that the techs don’t wear booties over their shoes while walking on carpet . They also don’t lay down plastic over certain areas. I had a vent close to a bed and no where to really move it cause it was a smaller room and I had to remove bedding to wash because debris had fallen on it . Plastic would have been a really nice thing for them to have on hand for situations like that

They cleaned our tile floors. The floors look new, especially the grout which they stained and sealed.

I wasn’t aware that you charged extra to do the master bedroom closet. A heads up on that would have been nice as we wouldn’t have done it!

Our living room rug had many "ripples" after it was cleaned - they didn't settle down as much as we would have liked, so it was difficult to move the furniture on it...

did not want to do what I wanted. Asked him to do hallway and living room. Then wanted to charge me $250. I said no , well then how about I do the $250 and include an odor blocker and just do the two rooms. Finally had to say "do not try and bully me in my own home" if you do not want to do the job I will call another company.
For the record I have used you folks several times with great interactions.This includes two wonderful reviews on yelp. The work was fine , I could do without the attitude. Please do not send that man to my house again.

I like the job that was done to my carpets. However I wouldn't have chose Zerorez if I had been aware of the drying time.

Your service technician kept us informed about arrival time, was very courteous, was extremely neat and considerate of our furniture, was efficient in completing the job and did an excellent job of cleaning up once the job was complete.

The main thing is no shampoo is used on the carpet, only water. The carpets are left damp but dry very quickly and the service is always very professional and timely.

The couch looks darker and dirtier than before it was cleaned. It’s completely dry today as it’s been one day and there are dark mark lines all over it appearing more dirty than before. The cleaning technician did a good job on the carpet as we got that cleaned as well. He was a younger man and was talking on the phone the whole time he was cleaning through his ear bud. Since the machinery is loud he was talking loud. I work from home and was understanding the machine would be loud but the personal conversations being held the whole two hours were a bit much.

I appreciate how Anthony listened to my concerns and gave me honest answers. He was professional and kind. He don’t rush the job and he did a nice nice job on my carpets.

I bought a 30 year old house and wanted to have the ducts cleaned. Having had favorable experience with Zerorez for carpet cleaning in the past, I was happy to learn it also provided duct cleaning. The representative mentioned they also clean dryer vents, and I took them up on this as well.

I was fortunate to have the crew of Trayvon and Jonathan. They were prompt and efficient. I usually do not go for upselling, but Trayvon approached me about adding a Zerorez- branded whole house air infiltration system. He was very low key in his approach, and gave me plenty of time to research it while the service was performed. My research confirmed it was a good product for a reasonable price and that this was the time to do it - when the ducts were clean again. So I opted for the air filtration as well.

The crew resolved a bit of a problem with an air return cover and also cleaned my exhaust fans.

Zerorez employees continue to impress me. The company must have a tremendous culture.
