You can’t make it right. The people that show up to clean are new at the job and they usually have to come back because it’a not clean.

The floors appear as nothing was ever done! 250 for three rooms a hall and a staircase, the carpets look exactly the same, one room smells old water and the spots that were present previously are still present.

Your technician went above and beyond our expectations!!! The carpets were cleaned perfectly and he managed to make a leather couch that our dog had vomited on look like new. He also mopped our floors!!! Who does that??? Zerorex!!!

Connor was an amazing and very knowledgeable person on all types of carpets.Best and most completely done job ever. I even had him take away a wool carpet and had it washed in their house and returned today to me and its beautiful.

I’ve used this company for more than 15 years? I’ve always been completely satisfied- if there is an issue that I’m not happy with they return and work extra hard to make it perfect. It’s a very professional company with a great work ethic.

Carpet was never this clean before. Huge difference in my results compared to others we have used in the past.

The technician who arrived to my home was judgemental. We have a very nice home in a gated community but our carpets are old and need replacement. We are trying to maintain them with cleanings every 4-6months or so until we can get new flooring in the next year. The first thing she said when coming to the door was "Oh! you must have pets, I can smell them all the way out here." - insert some other nasty comment. She then proceeded to walk around with her black light judging everything and telling us how it would cost a fortune to do extractions. Regardless of what you think, the technician should not have verbalized for lack of better words her disgust and judgement of our home. I don't like the hidden pricing and how you book one service but they don't tell you any pricing until they arrive and then aggressively try to up sell you things on site. She also did not disclose the pricing for the carpet deodorizer in advance. We booked the buy 2 get 2 deal for $179 and were interested in the carpet deodorizer which no price was provided online. We only have two main areas, our living room and master bedroom, and there was no way to book just these two rooms, the deal was the best price so we figured we would use the "other 2 rooms" for our master his & hers walk in closets. These rooms are maybe 25sq ft and 50sq ft which are much smaller than an actual room. She seemed bothered by this and acted like she was doing us a favor by allowing us to use the deal for the closets as our 2 free rooms. At the end we received a bill almost double what we booked because the price for the deodorizer was $70 per room which was significantly more than I recall and was never disclosed to us in advance. Pricing should be clear and everything disclosed up front. I will not have this technician back in my home and will consider another cleaning service because this is not the first time I have had this issue with this company.
