We expected the carpets that were cleaned to come out a little better. We realized that the heavy traffic areas would be difficult but it seems like there was hardly a dent made in one of the rooms that were cleaned.

Mario Meredith was so kind and helpful. He was upfront, honest, and respectful. He and his trainee did an excellent and thorough job on our carpet.
I was told by Zerorez that having my dryer vent cleaned out would create "a mess" in my home so that service needed to be completed before my carpets were cleaned. That was not true. Cleaning out the dryer vent was done completely outside. You may want to change what you tell clients. Also two of my roof tiles were cracked as admitted by your worker. He also told his supervisor. Can I expect compensation for now needing a roofer out to my home? Thank you.
