Still have dark spots on carpet Service was efficient and pleasant but could not remove spots on 3 year old carpet. Only dirt not any chemicals, urine, etc.

The tech did a great job. There is no chemical smell afterwards ,just clean.

Unfortunately, the truck broke down and/or ran out of the necessary supplies, which resulted in us waiting several hours for a replacement truck to arrive. The issue took more than three hours to resolve, and we ultimately had to cancel dinner plans with guests because of the extended delay.
I even suggested that we simply finish the half-completed service the following day. However, the technician opted instead to have someone else come out to assist well after 5:00 p.m. This only prolonged the disruption & inconvenience.

Most, I like that they don't leave soaps or residue in my carpet. The price is right and the technicians who have done my home are cautious and professional. They care for my home.

All the other times I have had my carpet cleaned with you it felt soft after but this time it feels crunchy this time and I was disappointed:(

Ryan did an awesome job cleaning my carpet! The few spots are gone. Te carpet was dry in about seven hours. He was very professional.

I was happy to have Zerorez come and clean out our very dusty vents. I had so much trouble trying to keep the house clean because of the blowing dust out here and how much of it gets into the AC system, then into the house. I no longer have to dust two or three times before the guest come.

I wish I remembered our Techs Name.... He was a Great Guy, Super Hard Worker and took his time and did a Ton of work on both our tile and carpet. He should seriously get an Award or a Bonus, he is a Valued Employee... Best Zerorez experience I've Ever had.

Chris England was personable and knowledgeable about the safety of my furniture and carpet cleaning. He took the time to discuss the process.

The rep seemed clueless and you claim that the carpets would be soft after and they are crunchy and stiff. I truly believe that the gentleman didn't know what he was doing and he was on the phone the entire time with his supervisor trying to figure out what to do. Way overpriced and undelivered.
