Prompt and good service.
Always professional and good quality job
Carpet was more wet than usual when finished and took an entire day to dry. Tipping is also strange when you definitely make more than minimum wage. It wasn't like this when I first started using zerorez. Maybe pay your employees more?
Competent techs and good customer service.
My couches and rugs are spotless and smells amazing! My technician Andrew was amazing! No one has cleaned my couches and carpet this well ever! I’m so grateful with the results and I will definitely be a regular customer.
Tile was simply not done well, at all. Carpet near walls had hair all along the edges, and it was dry about 6 inches off the wall, as if it had. It been attempted.

Like that they don’t have harsh chemicals
None of the areas on my couch or loveseat appear to have been properly cleaned or stains removed not sure if the chemicals or the age of these items were a factor and My aerial rug does not look like it was properly cleaned as well. The bedroom carpet was appropriate due to its age.
This is the second time I've used Zerorez and I'm really happy with the results.
My technician, Eric, did a fantastic job! He was friendly and made my carpets look like new. All of my walls were protected, there is no stiffness, no residue, no "scent" and everything was dry with four hours.
Eric also provided information on a couple of other services offered by Zerorez (without pressure)...I'll certainly consider in the future.
I'd highly recommend this company and it's process to anyone.
