Great carpet cleaning
Before the service was done, we were sent instructions for how we were to prepare the area that would receive treatment. The Zerorez technician who came called 30 minutes before arrival, and he was courteous and professional. He clearly explained what he would do and gave instructions for post care of the carpet.

The feeling! There is a completely different feeling in my home after my carpets have been cleaned by Zerorez!! I feel it has something to do with the empowered water they use…My carpets feel clean and clear of any residue or chemicals. There was no odor or lingering chemical scents after our cleaning. We do a deep clean before our executive team comes out for annual reviews. We try to make our offices look like somewhere we'd be proud to invite our extended team in. Thank you for taking care of us!

The two gentlemen who cleaned our carpets were first class. They explained what they were going to do and what they couldn't do. Then did it. And the price right.
My natural stone floors look great! Grout was dirty and shine uneven due to years of wear. Team did a great job cleaning, staining, honing and polishing. Staff was friendly and explained everything. True professionals.
Scheduling was very easy and prompt times available. The staff was very considerate and careful with the tile and grout cleaning and with sofa cleaning.

Your truck left a large oil stain in my driveway. Your technicians came out two times to try to clean it and has barely made any difference in the stain. I called several times after the second cleaning and was told it would be elevated to management for review and basically to stop calling to check on this that someone will get back to me. It has been almost a week and I have not heard back. Does your company track which vehicles they use for? What jobs? Can you go back to the vehicle that was used on the initial cleaning on September 5 run the car and put a pan underneath it to see the oil leak. I’ve also sent pictures of the stain to the number that I was told to send pictures to the initial stain as well as after the two cleaning attempts how you can make it right is to replace the pavers so it looks like it did before the truck created the steam.
There aren’t harsh chemicals. Service was great—Jacob was friendly & explained what he would be doing, told me about how long it would take the furniture to dry— they were just slightly damp. He had me check things before he was ready to leave to see if I was happy with the service. He protected the corners of the walls so the hoses he would pull through wouldn’t rub against the corners. I would recommend your company as well as Jacob. He was very efficient & it didn’t take too long for him to finish.

It been 36 hours and my carpet is still wet. Now the young man who showed up was wonderful to deal with but im afraid the carpet needed more suction done. I'm still waiting to put my rooms together.
