Zerorez did a great job on the Air Ducting & Dryer Cleaning. On time and preformed the cleaning efficiently & promptly.

The technician who came to my home to clean my rugs, sofa, and tile was exceptional, polite, courteous, professional, and clearly committed to doing a great job.
Unfortunately, his van had several equipment issues that were completely beyond his control. The pressure wasn’t working properly, so he had to leave to get a replacement. Ultimately, a new van had to be dispatched because of additional equipment problems.
Despite all the setbacks, he remained professional, patient, and courteous throughout the entire experience. Had it not been for the repeated equipment and vehicle issues, this would have been an excellent experience from start to finish.
I would absolutely recommend the technician himself and appreciate how he handled a frustrating situation that was clearly not his fault.
Mike was very knowledgeable and shared some great tips for in between cleaning maintenance. I am very happy with the results and will continue to use Zeroreze for my cleaning needs!

We have several rental houses in the area, and have come to rely on Zerorez for our between-tenant carpet cleaning. If Zerorez cant't get that stink out of the carpet...replace the carpet. I have always used zerorez, however the technician that came to my house this time was kind, communicative, had suggestions, did not push, was informative and respectful of my time and household. I appreciated that very much. I consider that extra, zerorez is always a good product and cleans well, the extra of this technician really made the experience different (better).

I need someone to contact me as soon as possible regarding damage caused during my recent carpet cleaning service. I recently had my entire home repainted in preparation for selling it, and the final service I scheduled was professional carpet cleaning, which cost me over $600.
Unfortunately, the technicians who cleaned my carpets left significant scuff marks and damage on my freshly painted baseboards throughout the home. This is extremely frustrating, especially considering the amount I paid for the service and the fact that the home had just been painted.
I am requesting that someone contact me ASAP to discuss how this damage will be rectified. I should not have to pay to repaint due to damage caused by the technicians while performing a service in my home.

Friendly efficient & attentive to the rooms needs
The service man was excellent, friendly, clean. He showed me a blacklight of where there was dog urine stains on our carpet. He suggested a $70 deodorizer to help get the smell out. Unfortunately, after the carpet dried, the smell is worse and the stains are still visible by blacklight.
