Power brush was supposedly broken, so the pet hair wasn't removed properly like in the past, paid for deodorizer and it still smells.
Technician was great, spent a lot of time and effort and tge furniture looked great.

Carpet was very crunchy after it dried. I thought your selling point is that it shouldn't be like that and should feel "clean." That was certainly not the case. The tile looked good, but it's also brown and hides dirty very well.

Carpet was treated for pet odor which is working. Cleaning did NOT diminish urine stains at all. Cleaning was finished in no more than a half hour. For $255 I would expect the cleaner to go slower and take his time over soiled areas.

I love the professionalism and how clean my carpets are after Joseph did the work.
First of all, its so easy to schedule online for your convenience. They are prompt, and love that the cleaning is safe, non toxic and does not leave a residue like many other carpet cleaners.

We have used Zerorez for a number of years and have been satisfied customers ... but not this visit. The technician was a very polite and respectful young man but did not seem well trained for the task at hand. He was to clean 5 area rugs. He was unsure of the types of fibers and what the results might be. BUT, most importantly, he was obviously over scheduled. We were his first appt. but he did not arrive until 9:30, cleaned all the rugs and left by 10:30. A very hurried job with less than desirable results.
