I went with another carpet company at the recommendation of a friend. It was a huge mistake. I will spare you all the details. I will never use any other company besides yours considering the fact I have an ongoing pet issue. Also, if there has been an issue after zero rez has been here which was only once, someone was sent out the next day to make it right. Thank you. I never received and acknowledgment to my request to have them come back out the simply do a re-clean to get the wet up. It was wet for 5 days. Then it started to smell. Thanks for all you do, and did to make a bad carpet cleaning right.

David did an incredible job restoring our rugs, and we honestly couldn’t believe the difference! We had stains and visible wear along the outer edges of our rugs from where we walk to access our dining room table, and afterward they were bright, clean, and looked brand new.
One of our rugs had been discontinued, so I had actually been considering replacing it after learning I wouldn’t be able to purchase another one. I’m so glad we decided to have it professionally cleaned instead!
What really stood out to us was how thorough and attentive David was throughout the entire process. He walked us through each step and paid close attention to the different materials and surfaces so he could determine the best approach for each item. He was patient with all of my questions and even reached out to the company when I had a question about a promotion and other services I am considering in the near future so he could get me an accurate answer.
He was also incredibly patient with my son, who was fascinated by the entire cleaning process. David took the time to explain what he was doing at each step and answer all of his questions. My son was so amazed by everything he saw that he has been telling everyone he encounters about the rug cleaning ever since! 😂
David also took the time to explain what we were seeing during the cleaning and what to look out for in the future to help maintain the life of our rugs and upholstery. That level of care and customer service really stood out.

Anthony was great! We have used Zerorez for our carpets for many years. We have always been pleased with their service, and this latest appointment was no exception. Anthony was polite, prompt, and efficient. He called to give me a heads up that he was on his way which is always appreciated. Our rug is still the original from when we moved in and definitely has obvious wear patterns all over the place, but Anthony did a fantastic job lightening those stains. Great job as always!

The two techs were very efficient. The rugs have never looked better. They were able to clean areas of the rugs that previous rug cleaning companies could not get clean. The cleaned 13 area rugs ranging in various sizes, large to small. They all look fabulous.

Ease of schedule. The 3 hr window instead of a longer time and update by phone call about arrival time. Even our old carpet tile floor looks great after cleaning! Effective spot treatment.
The personnel seemed competent and knowledgeable. There was honesty in what I could expect. The rugs were noticeably cleaner after the cleaning.
Technician tried pressuring into spending an additional $450 to clean a single room of carpet for pet urine. Told him that if i need to come back and do it myself after they do the job then i will. Tech told me dont waste my time and that i will make it worse. I arrived to the house today 9/24
After i got the carpets cleaned on 9/22 and i was shocked to see the carpet didnt even look like they got cleaned. I spent over an hour cleaning them myself and they were disgusting, again like i paid 200$ for nothing and they look so much better than how zero rez left them. Previous tech that i used with zero rez was excellent, transparent and did not pressure me to buy stuff AND the carpet came out great last time. Probably wont use zero rez again.

My technician (Tommy) was awesome! Very upfront about the concerns with the carpet and what needed to be done to address it, and gave me options as well as the pricing before starting, which I appreciated. He was fast, efficient, and meticulous. I highly recommend both he and Zerorez!
