I like the there are no heavy chemicals or smells and the carpet is not stiff from cleaning products.
Ease of scheduling an appointment, the service technician called me enroute to give me his ETA. He was thorough, & he toroughly cleaned my wall to wall carprting.
Agent was customer Service Oriented and worked hard. Zeroes pricing did not match advertisement that attracted me and has become very expensive
The gentleman that did the work on my floors did a superb job on my floor snd my carpet. He was helpful in every way and my floors look great. He also cleaned the cushions on my kitchen chairs which are pretty old and he brought them back to life. I was very happy with tthe job.

The person who cleaned my tile was very professional and polite. I was given the option of having the grout cleaned. While the grout was not cleaned on this visit, it will be on the next.

No soap
Whatever the tech used to rescue our carpet from all the "new pup" mishaps was amazing. We cleaned the areas immediately after the accidents, but it wasn't enough. We had pet stains galore.
Our technician was punctual, professional, very knowledgeable and friendly. This is our second time enlisting zero rez's help, and it won't be the last. They did a great job!
I like that there is no residue left over and it’s more environmental than using chemicals. Brandon was efficient and explained options to do our massive area rug when he did our carpets. This is the only company I recommend when it comes to carpet/tile cleaning and will continue to use you guys any and every time I have carpet cleaning needs

Mike was very knowledgeable & professional. I felt comfortable with his approach to making sure all of the areas of concern were handled the best way. He made sure to protect the walls while cleaning, and wiped any excess water on the floor. He had a positive attitude and genuinely wanted to provide a great service from start to finish. 10/10.
Good job and attention to detail
My appetite feels crunchy, Is this normal? I vacuumed days after, once dry and a week or so later it hsd a crunchy feel. I thought that usually indicates residue.
