Our technician did not clean the carpet in our closet, we only have 2 rooms with carpet-Living Room, Master Bedroom. We didn't think we would have to ask about the closet, we figured it'd be included.

Our carpet technician did an excellent job. He was so thorough and detail oriented. We could not have asked for better service. I'm sorry I do not have his name so I could express my thanks. I checked the invoice and it was not reflected there either. In any event, our carpets have never looked better!

He was knowledgeable and laid everything out in a professional and concise manner. I really appreciated the time change he helped facilitate because I wasn't quite ready. The quality of the work seems to have gone down. I have been a customer for many years. I was charged more than I expected but many of the stains were not worked on and some areas didn't look clear after the carpet dried. I had a re-do service which was great.
