The products and services are great, but really it’s your people that are fantastic. We had Cody this time, and not only was he super personable and professional, he was fast. Knocked out all of it in under an hour. Speed plus quality? That’s why we keep booking Zerorez.

Zerorez come into the come and they are ready to get the job done. The Tech complets an evaluation of what needs to be done. The carpet looks like new and most importantly its soft and not hard when you walk on it. I would like to give a special comment to Technician ,Jorge Meza was very polite, efficient in completing his job. I would like to have Mr. Meza as my technician going forward in the future.
ZeroRez always does a good job and this time was even better! You are known for not soaking the carpet and it was done perfectly. Not to mention the effort put into making sure the carpet was clean and met my expectations.

the complete procedure was a very efficient and easy system. I haven't had it done for a couple of years and the new machine the young man was using does a fantastic job with a minimal effort deeded. the young man did a great job of explaining and doing the job needed.

The gentleman explained to me any wife the products used. Chemical free and no harm to our pets! Our experience was fantastic and I will definitely be using Zerorez for any future services we need for our carpets. Big thank you to the kind gentleman that came out to service our carpets.
The carpets did not get cleaned, left a bad odor. You can make it right by refunding the carpet cleaning charge.
I've used Zerorez in the past and the carpet stays cleaner much longer than with other carpet cleaners.
Andrew was efficient and did the job right the first time. We had our travertine done the grout in the kitchen was so dirty that I was skeptical it would even go back to its original state. Andrew not only made it happen however there was night and day results from the grout before and after.

Initially, I was a little disappointed that I could still see pet urine spots in a couple places so I called and they realized they had missed that I marked that there was pet urine in my original request (I wasn't home when they cleaned). They scheduled a visit the next day and came and cleaned those parts again and they are perfect now! I'm thrilled
The AI chatbot was a disaster to use. I didn’t know what size couch I had, so I asked it if I could upload a picture. It said yes. I did, it gave me a price and then when the tech actually came, he said it would be $50 more because of the size. I was also trying to use a promo from the local radio station I work with. The chat bot wouldn’t accept it. I had to call someone to get an actual appointment. Disappointing all around.
After my floors dried I noticed quite a few dirt spots that the tech should have been able to clean. The floors feel like they have some residue in some areas. For the amount of money that I paid to have my whole house cleaned; I would have expected a better cleaning experience.
The service provided and outcome were on point. Would definitely recommend and call again.
I feel my carpeting and chairs are really clean now. Spots I pointed out to Niko are gone! There’s no crunchy residue either.
Great customer service by the tech. Very thorough and helpful. Knowledgeable about what is needed to get the job done right, but wasn’t aggressive with the upsell.
