Our technician Zach was very informative and friendly. He walked us through different options and services offered as well as was accommodating to our desire to add additional services not initially discussed prior to the appointment. He did a great job with our carpet and tile.
Zerorez team were very personable and professional performing air duct cleaning in my home. They explained the process and answered all my questions. They cleaned up after themselves nicely.

First, I want to thank Chris and Zeke #2 for doing such an amazing job in my house. We just purchased a home that hadn't been taken care of and now my floors and carpeting look wonderful. I didn't know the actual color of the flooring until they were cleaned! The flooring is beautiful and lighter than we thought. I have used Zerorez for many years and I like being able to schedule online and get great people to showup and do a great job.
It took care of the pet odor. It left the tiles and carpet very clean. I would call Zerorez again and would recommend too.

The experience was not what it was the first time. I felt nickeled and dimed. I was told my master closet wasn't included with the master bedroom, and that I had to pay more for one of my rooms if I wanted the stains removed because they didn't come up with the general cleaning. Just an overall bummer. Constant upselling to get clean carpets for 3 bedrooms and my stairs. :(

Making sure the stains from the carpets were removed. The master room still has two stains and the den has the traffic area stained still after the cleaning.

It's so gratifying to know that the professional and competent levels of this company always come through. I have used them for years and have been completely satisfied on every level. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I thank them for being there for me.
Initially it seemed like my carpet and chair were clean. In fact I left a positive review right after I received the cleaning. But when the carpet dried, the stains were still there. My carpet tech was great. He was helpful and super nice. I don't have any problem with the employee that helped me. He offered to use a cleaning product but I found that to be strange since the service advertises that no chemical is needed to clean the carpet. That was the reason I wanted to try the service. So it seams that in order to get the carpets and chair clean and lift stains, some kind of soap/chemical is needed because my stains were not lifted. I could have gone with a cheaper company that used cleaner and had the stains lifted and left the carpet cleaner. So although my tech was a super nice guy, I just don't think the service was worth the $160 plus tip. I will probably have to call a different company and pay again to have them cleaned properly.

Rob Wood made all the difference. The carpet cleaning experience we had was excellent because of his professionalism and his work ethic. He cleaned as if it was his own property. He was incredibly thorough. We were on the fence as to whether or not to rehire the same company because the technician last year did not impress. He was not as thorough, unpleasant and we felt we overpaid.
