This is my first time hiring your company, and I was very pleased with Mario, the serviceman who came out. The communication he provided me when he was on his way, the professionalism while he was here and the quality and exceptional carpet cleaning he did for my four rooms. He was thorough and explained the process and the treatment. All my corners of my baseboards were protected with plastic corner protectors. Very impressed and very happy with the way the carpets look after he was done.

Our technician Darren was excellent. He explained exactly what he was doing and why and kept us informed during his entire visit. His knowledge and experience were so appreciated. And, our carpets look great.
Lawrence was very professional and thankfully, wore covers over his shoes; a real PLUS for me.
He cleaned a wool area rug and was very conscience about maybe bleeding, did a test spot and
lowered the water temp and did came out great.

After serious plumbing issues and repair, Zero Rez came through and did a spotless cleaning of my tile and laminate and flooring. The price was right, the technician was extremely knowledgeable and forthcoming with information about the process. I will most definitely call them again.

The technician, Trevon, showed up on time even though I had made a mistake on our address. He was polite and friendly. The products he used were fabulous. The carpets look great and there is no crunchy soapy residue left. We were able to put our house back together after letting the floors dry for about 8 hours.
I like that no chemicals were used to clean my carpets. Also most of my stains were removed.

Great job on caroet
My carpets have never been so clean! The technician, Chris, was professional and friendly. He explained the process thoroughly. Great care was taken to protect baseboards and the furniture that could not be moved out of the rooms. My carpet is 20 years old and it looks brand new. I’ve been walking on it for almost 3 days in socks only and the bottom of my socks are perfectly clean! I will use Zerorez only from now on!
