Very unprofessional service. Tech got upset because he had to put on booties. I had to reclean my floors again, stains on my floors from the chairs being cleaned

Luis was professional and informative of the services he would be providing. He answered all my questions and quickly suggested treatment options to better clean the carpet. I'm not sure if what the product really is that they use, I understand it's no chemicals and made at there company. It did enhance the carpet from wear tracking appearance and made it smell pleasant.
On the other hand I would not recommend the stain resistant add on for the price and it only took 30 seconds to spray it on the carpet in each room. I have not noticed what it really is doing to help be resistant.
The tech was very friendly and spoke often if all the other options they offer in cleaning rugs and furniture and much more. Time spent was within reason and the clean up was very positive in his respect.
I would do it again in a year as the room charge initially is a reasonable price just not sealant that time.

Products used on the carpets is excellent. I live that it’s multi purpose and i can use it on our walls and hard floir surfaces.
I especially appreciated the technician, Michelle, who did our cleaning this time. She was knowledgeable and the quality if her cleaning was outstanding.

My tech was amazing. He did a wonderful job and was super customer service focused.
The technician was professional, friendly and meticulous in his work. It was a pleasure having him in our house and I appreciated his attention to detail and checking in with me to make sure he was treating the stains correctly and that I was satisfied with the work he did.
He was on time and respectful of my surroundings. All was done with great care, he did a great job and I would have them back to clean my rugs again in the future.

The guy that came out was very friendly, and he was pretty fast. And the carpets looked 10 times better when he was done.
When I called and made the appointment for Carpet Cleaning, I explained I had two bedrooms of carpet and a closet and an 8 x 10 throw rug. The person told me that they had a special for three rooms and that the throw rug would be considered the third realm when the technicians got here the technician Tommy told me that it’s not the case so instead we spent $100 more instead of what I was quoted. After they clean the 8 x 10 rug, I am sorry to say but it looks worse like maybe they use dirty water? My outdoor cushions that I added onto it were a reasonable price and they came out very clean and I am very happy about them. This is my first time using zero Rez.

Send reminders. Give a time frame and the day of call 15 min before arrival. Very pleasant. Put shoe covers on and put up corner savers. Very easy check out and payment. Also received email with receipt.

Phenomenal job! Thought we would have to replace all the carpet in the house we just closed on, figured would give it a shot to get them cleaned first just to make sure, glad we did! They came out incredible!
