I DON'T KNOW WHAT COULD BE DONE. IT TOOK LONGER FOR T HE CARPET TO DRY THEN WE EXPECTED. ONCE IT WAS DRY, EVERY STEP THAT WE TOOK WAS CRUNCHY. WE DID NOT EXPECT THAT.

Our technician, Scott, was very professional and personable to explain the cleaning process to us. We appreciate that Zeroex takes time to protect our walls and corners from any damage from equipment and also wiped up any wet spots on the tile floor when done.
Carpet felt a little stiff or not as soft as expected
I have thought I was getting a deal but ended paying way more than I expected. I ended up having only two rooms cleaned when I paid for four plus they charged extra for a little space that cost more than a full room. They were large rooms but I didnāt move large furniture around and asked that they clean around the furniture. Also they said they couldnāt get all the stains out and I could call them back for an extra charge.
I love how my carpet looks new after it has been cleaned
Quite honestly my technician was great and so were previous times that Iāve used the service. However, this time there were just some stains that wouldnāt come out needed heavy duty chemicals and unfortunately, some of the issues got spread around and were made worse. I donāt blame the technician just perhaps the process if I could get a discount or a partial refund, I probably would ask for it, but I have been happy with them in the past for general cleaning. I would definitely recommend them.
