Our carpet took two days to dry - way too much water used. We had all ceiling fans and air conditioning system on the entire time. We did not have this problem with previous cleanings by your company.

Neil did an outstanding job of cleaning and restoring the shape of our sectional cushions after a recent move and storage. The sectional truly looks like new!! Neal was knowledgeable about the material he was treating and was a charming man to have in the house for two hours.

My floors, tile and grout look great! Your technicians were helpful, experienced, and educated. They explained each step in detail and answered all my questions satisfactorily. Thank you for sending me the team. They did a GREAT job.
Stains not removed. Carpet still looks the same in master bedroom. Would like master bedroom recleaned. Was going to have tile cleaned, but not anymore. Very dissatisfied
I have a different company coming out the correct the concerns. I have you guys two chances to fix our concerns
Primary concern not fixed. Entire house smells like a wet dog, especially the our guest room and one of our staircases. To me, he used the recycled water and didn’t dry those two area properly. Our guest room is unlivable it smells so bad. Nobody is ever in that room including our dog. Pretty certain this room was the last room cleaned. We spent almost $1400 to do the most advance extraction cleaning possible. Our bonus room is 20x20 and yes it had several areas that needed deep cleaning from our dog accidents. It looks better after the second visit. The only portion of this job that turned out right was the 2nd staircase. Carpet dried soft and clean with no odor. All others areas the carpet is crunchy and bad wet dog odor.

You need to take care of your vehicles. Keep them in good working order. When you neglect vehicle repairs you are neglecting your service tecs. I'm sure you would not make your office workers stay in the office if the air conditioner went out in the office or the water was shut off. But you leave your tecs out there stranded because you don't upkeep your vehicles. Take good care of ALL of your workers. Your vehicles and tecs ARE the face of your business.
