Fast and easy to schedule
Somewhat disappointed with the shower cleaning. Streaky in places. The wall shower valves were opened/moved and didn’t have to be touched. Not working right now. Just wanted the walls done. Guess I wasn’t clear.

Technician Ryan B, is very customer focused with a friendly, professional appearance and demeanor. I noticed Ryan used equipment only few technicians use and I had thought should be used, because when Ryan finished my carpets they look like new. I'm happy Zero Rez has Ryan B and I will recommend him as technician when I refer friends to Zero Rez.

From answering the phone, to confirmation of appointments, to always arriving at the top of the hour of the service window, to a phone call from the tech letting me know he's on the way, to the excellent care your techs take with protecting corners and bringing equipment in and out of the house, to how the techs listen to what I am asking for and they don't oversell me, to how honest and straightforward you are with your prices and how reasonable those prices are, and to how impossibly clean my carpets are when the work is done, I am amazed and only use and recommend Zerorez.
