The cleaning job was fine. However your truck dripped oil all over my paver driveway. Now I have to figure out how to get the oil from your truck off my paver driveway. Very disappointed. .

We did it all!
We had 3 rooms and a hall of carpet cleaned at one house. Then, at the house we are moving into we had the air ducts cleaned and bathroom vents and dryer vent cleaned. And we had the 2300sf of 27 year old tile and 1/4 inch grout cleaned and SEALED. Oh and had the technician install the Zerorez air purifier on both hvac units.
Three days later a painter kicked a gallon of dark brown paint onto the floor and 3/4 of it spilled on the tile!! We had it cleaned up in 15 minutes with not a trace visible on the tile or grout. If we had not sealed the grout it would have soaked right in.
Zerorez saved the day!! We were so happy we had that grout sealed!

Great service, great process, great team. Would give a 9 but the question changes. The remaining smell from the cleaning solution is still lingering about 24 hours later. I would love an option to have a non-scented product. The current one unfortunately is triggering headaches.

TheZerorez treatment does a really good job removing stains from my carpet. The gentleman who cleaned our carpets was polite, considerate, and informative. He was in and out in about 45 minutes. He cleaned the carpets in 3 rooms. This is the second time we have accessed their service.
Carpets are very clean after they finish. The technician may recommend added treatments like deodorizing for pets, but it is never a hard sales approach. They accept a decline for the add-on without pressure. The last time, he didn’t even recommend something in addition to the three room special because we had lost the pet that had accidents. They are always on time and very thorough and efficient.
