Quality work and professional technician.
The cleaning job was good, but did not seem as good as the previous time I used Zerorez. There were some spots that the previous cleaning was able to remove, but not this last time. I was able to remove some more of the stain after the job was done.

Worst cleaning job ever. I was at work came home and very disappointed in the clean. Did get the smell out but the stains we not gone. I will not use Zerorez again. Pricing and cleaning was the worst I have ever seen.

My carpet still smells like dog pee. In the past when I’ve used zeroez it usually very clean. It’s not the same
There was no residual odor and the person who serviced our home was very nice. He has great customer service skills and was very helpful.
