I know that the service provider Warren does that it wouldn’t take him very long, but seems like it was so very fast. I don’t think I could even vacuum my floors that quickly.
Service was friendly and knowledgeable. The products used removed any stains successfully and left the carpets looking great and smelling fresh.

Chris did an excellent job in cleaning our carpets. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone. Very efficient, on time and thorough. It was like night and day after the job was done.
I don’t appreciate the sales pitch every time I schedule a cleaning. I was told I needed pet odor treatment for an additional $490 and that the technician would need to turn down the job because of the amount of spots on the carpet. After I said I’ll find someone else then he agreed to clean and then said he was surprised that the spots came out. I just want my carpets cleaned and what I ask for without the run around.

The loveseat looks bad not clean. The traffic area in the office looks bad. The Great Room has a dirty spot in front of the chair. I am a 74 year old woman I moved almost all the furniture myself and put it all back. I would like a partial refund.
Beige Sofa looks two toned in color and can see all the strokes from cleaning brush or vacuum.
It is still wet in places after cleaning Friday at 5:00. A few rough spots that weren’t there before like the vacuum was pushed too hard and flattened the nap. Parts look really good, the way the whole piece should be. I am really disappointed with the job that was done and will not be recommending Zerorez to family and friends. Would like to have someone other than the fellow that cleaned it to come out and take a look at it and see what can be done.

Service was prompt and courteous. Work was late in the day, but worker was thorough and complete. Price was fair. Worker made effort to protect furniture and tended to difficult areas.
I didn't realize until after he left that he only cleaned the exposed portions of the carpet and did not move any furniture (not even an ottoman) to clean. Every other time I've had my carpets cleaned, the furniture was always moved so that ALL of my carpeting got cleaned. At the very least, I should have been warned ahead of time that you would only be cleaning about 30% of my carpeting. The areas that he did clean are still dirty. If I just look at a traffic area, it's quite obvious that it's not clean. I wiped an area that was "cleaned" by Zerorez and the cloth was black with dirt! I'm very disappointed -especially since Zerorez did such a great job the last time I hired them.
I found the service to be incredibly professional. It was my first time using Zerorez and I wasn’t disappointed. I noticed an immediate difference after the cleaning. My technician took the time to explain everything thoroughly, including which fabrics could be cleaned. I was even able to add more items to my list, which was a nice bonus. I would highly recommend them!
