Your Tech "T" was excellent

Seth was a really nice guy! Kinda weird he brought his kid with him, and had to use some of my tools and ladder? His car wasn’t marked Zerorez either. He taught me some things about my ac unit that I didn’t know! He also said I had a nice smile and a sexy butt, (that was a little weird, but I enjoy compliments!). The air purifier he installed seemed to really help with our sinuses! He offered to clean tile, carpet, and upholstery, but I told him I’m sure I’m WAY better at those services!!! Still, I’m not trained to do his job, and am very thankful for his help!!! I’d recommend Zerorez to EVERYONE, and do, as I’m a 12 year technician and coworker of Seth, He loved my sense of humor btw!

I was very impressed with how quickly I could get an appointment. My technician worked nigh on feverishly and was finished in less time than he anticipated. Very impressive.

Pricing switch when the tech arrived. CSR didn’t document entire request, etc. very frustrating as first time customer

First, when the technician arrived he was looking to do my stair case and a closet? I needed my staircase and two large area rugs done. After discussing the update and price of area rugs I only had my staircase and one area rug done. The area rug does not look much better than before it was cleaned. The entire visit was quick and the day the technician left the area rug was still wet so any discolor was expected. But a few more days later I was trying to lay the area rug in its place and it does not look good.

We paid additional dollars for the pet urine treatment. After completion, it just brought it to the surface. When asking about it, it was communicated we would have to have Zerorez come back out and determine additional cost to have it cleaned. Might need to look at how you are promoting this extra pet treatment. When communicating during the visit, it is misleading and costly to the homeowner. We would have opted just for the normal cleaning if we had known the extra pet treatment wasn't really going to do anything for us

I am a very long time customer of Zerorez. Chris E. Was excellent and gave me an explanation regarding my wool area rug which has not been cleaned in the past. My carpet has survived 20 years and I attribute it to having it annually cleaned by Zerorez. Excellent technician and I will request again. Even the dog finally stopped barking at him. He left the carpets clean, soft and damp. Other carpet cleaners take long time to dry and crunchy

You're easy to get hold of. Your assistant is on time. Your assistant explains what he's going to be doing. If we add anything, he let's us know what the extra fees will be. He gets to work right away and does an excellent job. He double checks he didn't miss anything. He has me verify he didn't miss anything.He's been informed how long I've been a client so he makes sure I'm happy with his work. The secretary who handles the phone is very nice and can answer any question. Drying time for the carpet is fast. Thank you for taking such good care of me!
