Not a lot of chemicals
Technician showed up on time, use extremely personable, explained everything he was doing and did a great job!
You guys had to come out twice and my tile still looked the same. I have video to where I had to clean myself and was removing a lot of dirt from grout. I have called so many times to talk to management and several times someone said management would call me back and still haven’t received a call. I will not recommend your service to anyone. Poor communication.

Darren Mills with ZeroRez did an outstanding job cleaning our sofa, pillows, and tile floors. From start to finish, he was professional, punctual, courteous, and incredibly thorough. Our sofa and pillows look and smell fresh, and the tile floors came out looking better than we ever expected.
Darren took the time to explain the cleaning process, answered all of our questions, and paid close attention to every detail. He treated our home with care and respect, and his commitment to quality was evident in the results.

I was just unhappy with the upsell that i received before the services were even performed. I have used you guys before and cocunut cleaning and a few other companies and this was the first time my carpets were not cleaned to my satisfaction and i believe it is only because i did not pay for the upsell.
The technician was clear in communicating when he would arrive and how the services were coming along. It was an empty house with the carpets being cleaned to stage and sell the house.

My carpet is 23 years old and Zero Rez had not been out in about 10 years . I did not think that my carpet would come clean at all. Tamari was an excellent Tech and along with Zero Rez was able to bring back new life to my carpet. I believe my technicians name was Anthony, he was absolutely great! He did a very good job of cleaning the carpet and explained what issues I was having and what I needed todo to keep my carpets looking good. Very polite and thorough, I would definitely tells others about the service.
I have used Zero Rez a few times, and I have always been impressed with both their service and the knowledge of their technicians. The techs who come to the home are professional, courteous, and clearly experienced, which gives me confidence that the job will be done right.
On my most recent visit, I pointed out a spot on the top of a swivel chair cushion that needed special attention due to natural body oils from contact with the head and neck area. Unfortunately, I did not notice that, that area did not appear to be addressed when the cleaning was completed, which was disappointing.
That said, based on my overall experiences with Zero Rez, I would still rate their service a 10 out of 10. Their technicians are knowledgeable, their customer service is excellent, and I will continue to use and recommend them.
Prices were reasonable and when they left everything was cleaned up. Highly recommended.
They always do a good job. We tell them what we want and they don't try to talk us into other things. The guy that di the work was very friendly and told us exactly what we wanted to hear. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
