Great service and results
After being a Zerorez customer for many years, this was the first time that I was charged for a walking in closet and…. First time also where although not a request but tips would be appreciated!! Come on Xerorez, don’t you pay your staff a decent salary????

The technicians that arrived were polite and very professional. They answered all my questions and took great care of my freshly painted walls and new carpet. I was let down by the effectiveness of the cleaning process. Majority of my grout lines look clean and new but there are patches of grout that still look greasy and dirty. That dark color really stands out compared to the surrounding lighter color of the clean grout.
