Carpets came out amazing. Wish I could attach before and after photos. I wish that you could assist with my ving furniture. It is difficult to do on my own. Would also appreciate military or senior discounts.

My 20 yr old carpeting looks brand new! Service man was excellent - his name is Colin. He was very professional and did an outstanding job. I will request him for any future cleaning I would need. Give this young man a raise!!!!

Your add says your tile/grout will be amazingly clean and bright, or something seller like that. YOUR manager said “WE DONT GUARANTEE PREEXISTING STAINS”. Hmm, why clean something, and pay a lot, if it’s not dirty/stained?

I like the scent of the product & the process, our technicians have always been very good
Technician said it would take 4-8 hours to dry. It took over 24 hours including us getting fans on it. Carpet was very wet, and the result was that of extremely wet dog! It did not smell before zero rez, but not completely suctioned properly it seemed to smear stinky water throughout the entire carpet. Odor still persists even after it dried.
This failure needs to be corrected.
