I am a loyal, long time user of Zerorez. You do a great job and send good people to the home. I have always sang your praises to whomever would listen. But you've changed, and not for the better I think. First of all the man you sent to clean my carpets yesterday was great, did an excellent job and quickly enough to surprise me. He is not the problem. He did advise the company had been bought out so there is a new corporate policy. You do 3 things now that have me wondering if it's what I want in the future. (1) when I tried to book an appt around Nov with your special, your company would not grant an additional week or two for have the work done, said it was out of the timeline, so I had to wait for the next special, (2) you no longer give out the ugly but practical blue booties that we have all come to rely in when trying to access a cleaned room before it's dry, and (3) I have about a 3 or 4ft section in my master bedroom leading to the bath that has always been considered part of the bedroom free of charge. Now there is a charge for that. Consider how it would look if that small section were left uncleaned compared to the rest of the carpet. I wait for your specials so I can afford you. We are going to be 80 this year and on social security. These have not happened before, and consideration for long time clients should be taken into account. Frankly, I am not sure what I will do in the future. I have a living room and 4 bedrooms with carpet that is 25 years old and looks great still. Advise corporate your image is being tarnished. If I feel this way, then there are others........
Joshua was very professional and accommodating. He did an excellent job on our old wool carpeting. He was cordial and let us know exactly what he was doing and how to care for the carpet after he was finished. We appreciate that kind of service!
Excellent customer service. The technician answered all my questions and showed me what was deep down in my carpet. This was a move-in cleaning, and I was so happy that they were able to clean before I moved any of my belongings in. The carpet looked and smelled wonderful. I will definitely use Zerorez in the future.

Mike was very good at explaining all of the options to me, and also reviewed all of the work that was to be done prior to actually doing it. He was on time, actually early, which was also very nice. My rugs and my upholstery look great and I'm very pleased with the work.

The gentleman “ T “ that came to clean the carpets were outstanding. He literally saved the day because the scheduling department messed up my appointment three times. If I had not have called to check on the arrival time on Saturday, it would’ve been a no-show on our scheduled day, so fortunately the young man was able to come clean my carpets at the end of the day. The carpets look great. They are quite crunchy, but maybe that is normal.
Mostly, I just want to say that your scheduling department was kind of a nightmare. The appointment was literally messed up three times. It’s very frustrating, especially when I have taken hours of time and energy to rearrange the furniture etc ………You might want to work on that.
The end result was phenomenal! Also our service person was very detailed and a great communicator. We will definitely be giving our business to zerorez many more times.

All we wanted was to clean a set a stairs. Appointment time was to be 2-5pm with a heads-up call indicating the tech was on the way however, although on time we never got a call or text.
We had to remind the tech to wear booties...who cleans and the walks on a carpet with dirty shoes?
The tech had to do only 15 stairs but there are 2 small landings (3ft x 4ft). When I called to make the appointment I told this to the person who made appointment and I was never told there was an extra charge for the landings ($20). Very petty to up charge for this but I paid.
Also, at the top of the stairs there is a small carpet strip as it transitions into the first step approx. 3in x 4ft. The tech would not clean without an extra charge which I refused to pay.
Lastly, when I asked if he was going to rake the carpet to get rid of his footsteps as the carpet dried, he was reluctant to do so as he said it didn't matter. I insisted and he raked the carpet.
It was just a set of stairs which should have easily be done but the petty up charges and such, I highly doubt we will use your company again.
I have used zerorez many times but this technician did the best job we have ever had.
Prompt, efficient, reasonable.
Our young man was very helpful , very polite and answer all the questions we had.
After he finished the job, he asked me to have a walk through & wanted to know if everything was good.
If not, he would fix the problem
