I love how my carpet looks new after it has been cleaned
Quite honestly my technician was great and so were previous times that I’ve used the service. However, this time there were just some stains that wouldn’t come out needed heavy duty chemicals and unfortunately, some of the issues got spread around and were made worse. I don’t blame the technician just perhaps the process if I could get a discount or a partial refund, I probably would ask for it, but I have been happy with them in the past for general cleaning. I would definitely recommend them.

unfortunately the techician came out and did a great job cleaning the rug but focused on how badly the laminate flooring was installed underneath the rug......
i think some retraining on what to focus on might be in order and try not to know everything consider customer suggestions on what they would like done
Also mentioned just got done with a job with 8 dogs prior ....was concerned that equipment may not be clean...yikes!

Stains gone
You charged me for cleaning the outside of 2 SUV's while my husband was right there, to witness, and stated you would do it Free of charge for both. We never asked for this done, nor did the cars did it done. The guy went ahead and did it, and not only that? He had the balls to charge us for something will NEVER WANTED. I expect a full refund on that part and if I don't, I will write up a nice review for all to see, and what to expect from your company. I expect this problem to be fixed quickly, otherwise, I will remember this and will tell others of your unwanted services.

Wonderful customer service. My carpet was thoroughly cleaned.
I have thought I was getting a deal but ended paying way more than I expected. I ended up having only two rooms cleaned when I paid for four plus they charged extra for a little space that cost more than a full room. They were large rooms but I didn’t move large furniture around and asked that they clean around the furniture. Also they said they couldn’t get all the stains out and I could call them back for an extra charge.
