I have used ZeroRez for at least five years, and have always been very pleased with the result. I gave them my turkish runner rug to clean, after inheriting it from my parents, who bought it in Turkey, and they did an AMAZING job. The carpet had never been cleaned more than with a vacuum, and had stains. Wow. They do a great job with our regular carpet as well, and get it as clean as I expect it to be. I will continue to use ZeroRez for my home.

Area rug was left damp on wood floor.

When I scheduled service, I was told I could add tile repair and color seal at time of service. Technician was not equipped for the service

I think they went alittle to fast . Right after they left, I took a white wash cloth and rubbed it on the carpet and it came up dirty.

I like that the carpet looks new when they are done and smells good! We used Zerorez when we lived in Spokane, WA as well. We love it!

I was not on scene when they came to clean the house. However, I want to recognize the tech who came. He called ahead of time since he was actually ahead of schedule. He made sure it was ok to come early. He called back with the updated cost. He made sure I was able to make the payment online without issue. He called back when finishing to make sure I got the pictures and that everything looked good before he packed up to leave. He was polite & made sure that he did everything to ensure my satisfaction. Being that I am in Illinois & the house is in Arizona, I appreciated his efforts. I’m sorry that I don’t remember his name but I hope this gets back to him as he did a good job!
