No heavy chemicals
Be up front about the chance of additional cost when giving a quote. You say you clean the carpet but fail to mention that there are stains and bio stains that are not cleaned except with additional fees.
I am not allergic to them and that is my main concern. Also, they work.

Person that came to clean our flooring was not careful around the baseboards of the house. We had the walls and baseboards painted about 2 weeks before the cleaning and they were all banged with the hoses that were used. Leaving them dirty and scaped. Have pictures. In the past in a friend's house who used the company corner guards were used which made it look very clean and professional. That was not the case for our experience. Hopefully this can be corrected, and no other homeowner gets banged baseboards.

What I didn't like was sthat there was some pressure to add additional services. I appreciate that they did discount those services, but why have a charge that needs to be challenged.
Carpets were very wet wheh they left, and some are sill not dry (24 hours later.)

We were expecting all shower crevices to be cleaned, but hard to reach areas around the shower door were left untouched. Though the showers came out better, I felt the pricing was far above the services we received. The driver could have been more professional as well.
I had zerorez clean all of my floors, carpet and tile. They did a great job and were very professional and thorough.
Anthony (our service tech) was not only friendly and knowledgeable, he went out of his way to make sure our rugs and upholstered chair covers were cleaned to our satisfaction. He even counseled us on how to replace our Kirby belt and reattach our vacuum head. Kudos to Anthony for going way above and beyond. Huge asset for Zerorez!
