Our technician (Mike M) arrived on time. He confirmed the total cost of our services before he started. Mike did a great job cleaning three rooms of carpeting and applied protection to one. I used to live in San Diego and that's where I found Zerorez. They cleaned the carpets in my home and my parents. When I moved to Arizona five years ago, I was thrilled when I found out Zerorez was here too! The technicians do an excellent job, they are friendly and are very efficient. We had a lot of areas to clean and when I was in a time crunch david called for backup to get the job done! The carpets dried fairly quickly with no crunchy feeling.
I love how everything was explained in detail what to expect and if I wasn't satisfied how to get it fixed. Nice friendly staff members from my phone call to schedule my carpet cleaning to my carpet cleaner. I will definitely use Zero Rez again.

The cleaning job was fine. However your truck dripped oil all over my paver driveway. Now I have to figure out how to get the oil from your truck off my paver driveway. Very disappointed. .
