great staff - the cleaners. professional, polite, thorough...did a great job. Shawn, the "senior" guy was very good at training Xavion, the "new" guy. he gave clear instructions & demonstrated to ensure they were understood and followed. old carpet but it looks great.

I asked for the same guy that cleaned my rug last time, he did a fantastic job. I didn't get him, and my rug doesn't look good. So disappointed, especially because I know it can look good

They were on time and introduced himself upon arrival. He indicated how long the cleaning would take and how long to dry. He was done as expected. Friendly person.

I appreciated Colton's professionalism in light of an unwelcome/tough verdict on my floor. He had me talk to Tommy in your office who was familiar with this problem and was an expert in the process. The carpets looks great!.

Every spot that was there spot Still was there when finished . Tech said can’t come off. Should have told me before cleaning as I could have cleaned better myself with my carpet cleaner. Never again!!!

To sum up the wuestion, . . All of the above. Customer service-11 , service-10 and all contact payment and finished product-10. U font pay until you are happy , who does that ?? Everyone wants paid before service rendered. It was so great, i felt like I should be cleaning my texhs carpet for free instead of the other way around !🤣
Technician called ahead to notify us of his timeframe fro arrival. He then introduced himself at the door and viewed the premises in order to determine any problem areas of stains. He performed his duties diligently and with care for our home. After completion, he explained what he had done during the entire cleaning process and asked us if we had any concerns or questions. Excellent customer service!

The T and V team I had was professional, prompt, polite and personable.
They worked well as a team and had a plan of attack for the rooms and areas I needed to be cleaned. The carpets both looked great and smelled great when they left.
I had never used Zerorez before but would reuse them in the furture.
