Your employee, Zander, was prompt, professional, personable and did a great job. It is such a breath of fresh air to have someone do what they say they were going to do and are happy to do it.
Plus it was great not having a soaking wet carpet when it was all done and when it was all dry it was not crunchy like we have had in the past with other companies.
I would be more than happy to refer them to anyone.
Plus it was wonderful to know they work with Sunshine Acres Children's Orphanage.

I chose this company over (another) because of the positive reviews for this company (& very bad reviews for the other, especially for their poor SERVICE). I was especially interested because of the promise of no residue - which turned out to be true, the carpet was soft - but was very happy also with the patience and courtesy of the technician. He talked me thru every potential glitch, pointed out the difference in color of a cleaned section of carpeting vs. what he was working towards (oh my gosh!), & tried extra methods to get out the sofa stains. Unlike our experience with a previous company, he did not try to āupsellā me for some special treatment, or discover that the hallway was going to count as an extra room. And the offer of a discount for making a food bag donation to a local food bank - what a great idea!

The Zerorez carpet cleaning product works great, the carpets look great after they are done. The service technicians are professional, courteous and competent. They completed the job in a timely manner. I have used Zerorez several times and highly recommend them.
The carpet dries quick and doesnāt feel soapy. The techs that come out are always so professional and trained well. We got Mario this time and he was meticulous, efficient, and took his time to clean our rooms well. He takes pride in his work and it shows. You are lucky to have someone like that deal with customers. Zero rez must take care of your emoloyeee because the techs are amazing every single time . Thanks!!

The quality of service and very reasonable cost.
I had the animal urine remover added to the cleaning and my carpet still smells of urine and the urine still shows on my carpet with a black light. I kept one room shut off to the animals and the other I laid a rug down and didnāt move it. Today it shows urine still in the carpet like itās never been cleaned. Iām going to try and clean it myself this weekend. Very expensive disappointment!
The actual service performed was great however when my rug was being returned to me the next I specified I needed it by a certain time and if they could not ensure delivery by that time then I did not want the service. The technician advised the rug would be delivered yet it was delivered way after and I had to leave so they left it outside in the rain. I was then forced to go back to the property even though I had already moved out and wasnāt planning to go back. This was a huge inconvenience for me and I would not have booked the service if I knew delivery of the rug was going to be such an issue.
