The technician explained many aspects of the cleaning process.

I chose this company over (another) because of the positive reviews for this company (& very bad reviews for the other, especially for their poor SERVICE). I was especially interested because of the promise of no residue - which turned out to be true, the carpet was soft - but was very happy also with the patience and courtesy of the technician. He talked me thru every potential glitch, pointed out the difference in color of a cleaned section of carpeting vs. what he was working towards (oh my gosh!), & tried extra methods to get out the sofa stains. Unlike our experience with a previous company, he did not try to “upsell” me for some special treatment, or discover that the hallway was going to count as an extra room. And the offer of a discount for making a food bag donation to a local food bank - what a great idea!
