While the carpet cleaning turned out well the tile cleaning was mediocre at best. There were spots missed and for 1200 dollars I would have expected a better cleaning. I feel like a good mop would have done the same job.
My wife and I certainly enjoy the manner in which our carpets and tiles are cleaned; no filthy shampoo water, just a clean system of dirt and grime removal. We have been customers of Zerorez for almost 20 years; and in that time, we have never, ever, been disappointed with the performance of the technicians doing the cleaning!!! Technician Rob cleaned our rugs on Friday, July 24, 2026, and did a fantastic job! ROB, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!

This is the first time I had my tile cleaned. Although I feel like David did a thorough job, I was disappointed that the tile and grout didn't get cleaner than it did. Based on the pricing, I thought the results would be better for the tile and grout cleaning. Also, the enzyme treatment seems especially expensive.
The carpet turned out very well.
Your pricing seems very unrealistic for the size of the rooms. The home is only 1300 sq ft and the living room isn't even all the way carpeted, yet it measured out as 2 rooms for enzyme pricing purposes. That seems extremely high.
David was great and very knowledgeable and thorough. I would give him a 9 for a score if it was just for him. My score is based solely on pricing and the quality of the tile cleaning equipment.

Have been a customer in WA and now in AZ. Always pleased with the cleaning process, no residue left on the carpets to attract dirt like systems that use soap. Highly recommend them.
Great customer service, too. They were happy to accommodate our need to split up the service to clean tile floors first and then return another day to do the carpets. The technician was very understanding on the day that it had rained (we're in the monsoon season) and agreed it was best to reschedule the service for a dry day.
