The technician did a great job!

They did an amazing job on my sofa and recliner. Chris made sure everything looked like new. He even took the time to mop up any excess water that might have gotten on the floor.

Scheduling is easy online. Notifications are a great reminder that our carpet is due for a cleaning or to notify us of sales going on. Our tech, Zeke, called 20-30 minutes prior to appointment to tell us he was on his way. He was also polite and did a great job in a timely manner.

It was very easy to schedule. Mike, our technician kept us informed of his arrival time and clearly explained all the charges. he did a great job on the carpets - they look wonderful. He was also an easy person to have in our home. Very personable and a hard worker.
