The bedrooms where I spent loads of extra money to get rid of pet urine still smell like pet urine.
I bought the special buy 2 rooms get 2 free and a halland originally was quoted $130. When the guys got here they said it was extra to do pet pee stains! $75 a container. All of a sudden he was quoting me $700. That’s a huge difference I wasn’t expecting!!! I think you need to warn the customer that there will be additional charges. I thought the special including everything!

The best part was the great look of the carpet, stains were taken care of.. Drying time wasn't bad.
I have used Zerorez for several years and have been satisfied with the service. Jonathan was our technician and he and his apprentice, Xavier I believe did an excellent job. It feels so good to have the house so clean and fresh. I mentioned to Xavier that he was lucky to have such a good teacher from which to learn.
Theoretically, this sounds great; great for the environment, pets, etc. but this system does not work effectively for stains, which is why your co was contacted. General use and dirt removal is probably very responsive to your system but stains?.....not so much. The service person communicated well, and respected my time with excellent communication curtesies but the stains in my rug are not any lighter than when I attempted to clean the problem areas myself. Maybe a more aggressive repeat on the stains would be effective but so far....I'm not buying into the system. Sorry.
