I confirmed with the customer service rep PRIOR to the appointment that we would be billed for the services on a Net 30 and the technician demanded a credit card when they were done. Carpets and cubicles did not come very clean and still look dirty.
Everything went good with the cleaning. The carpet looked great. Evan did a great job. He was very informative and friendly.

This is the second time I've had Zerorez clean my very worn 25-year old carpet. Both times the technician put in extra time and effort going over the heavy wear areas and animal stains. This old carpet will never be beautiful, but at least it is nice and clean. Thank you very much.

Please make sure the technician calls thirty minutes out like you said he/she would do.
How clean everything came out.
Carpeting dries faster than traditional methods. You don't use chemicals.
I have forgotten the gentleman's name that took care of our carpets, but he was very friendly and well versed in what we needed to get them clean. Great job! W will be using Zerorez anytime wee need the carpets cleaned.
Your techs destroyed the brand new paint on walls and base boards by slamming into them with there equipment causing me to have to pay 150.00 to bring my painter (back) in to touch up every room.
They did a good job cleaning though very careless of the brand new walls and baseboards. Maybe training them to slow down and not damage customers homes in the process of cleaning there floors would be good Idea. Then the fact that I could not pre pay so he could try to sell me extra grout seal and additional Items was a mess due to the fact the cleaning was being paid by my agent who was in a meeting (at time of completion) so I received multiple phone calls from the tech telling me he could not leave the property until she paid him (Very Inpatient) I think the cleaning was a bit overpriced as the floors looked good but not what you are pitching in your adds though the fact it cost me $530.00 on a $380 service is ridiculous. I believe quality and quantity goes hand an hand and the fact that the guys were in such a rush to get the rest of there jobs done causing them to overlook the QUALITY & CUSTOMER SERVICE that Zerorez is pitching in there add.s..
You could not clean my tile floor. Zerorez should have asked me a couple of questions before showing up and wasting time.
Then so that it would not be a total waste of time I allowed your rep to clean my shower,
$165.00 for 20 minute job. No way I will use ur services in the future.

Sometimes your costs are a bit too much. This particular rep was very slow to the point that I wasn't sure he knew what he was doing. Once he got started, everything was fine but even his personality was not like the others. He was very quiet and not very outspoken.

Michael was the tech that came to my home and he was amazing! Very professional and courteous. He did a great job on getting my very dirty carpets, looking amazing! I will definitely be using Zerorez in the future.

Technician was awesome! Answered all questions and finished in a timely manner.
First, I want to make it clear that I was very pleased with the technician Davis. He did an initial walkthrough of all the areas (tile & carpet) that were to be cleaned and answered all my questions. He was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. When he finished, there were some areas of the grout that still appeared to be wet. That evening after allowing time for all of the grout to dry, it became apparent that many areas of the grout that was thought to be wet was actually dirty and discolored as compared to other areas of the floor. Rather than contacting Zerorez to return and having to move the furniture again, I decided to clean the various areas myself with my grout brush. Obviously, the reason for hiring Zerorez was to avoid scrubbing the floor and all of the grout myself. At almost 70 years old I don’t have the stamina I used to have to do the work myself. I think it’s reasonable to expect that Zerorez would ensure that the tile floor and grout was completely dry prior to leaving the job. At the very least this would ensure that there were no issues and allow for the opportunity to address any issues that may exist prior to leaving the job.
I get great service at a very fair price, professional people and very clean carpets. They show up on time and do a great job.
