Was surprised to learn about this company from my handy man. They did a great job with well used carpets, and I was very surprised to see that they turned out as well as they did.
My tile and grout and look like new! The technician was friendly and courteous and did a wonderful job.
I like the results and the friendly but professional staff. I have never been disappointed. To daye we have had our tile; grout; carpeting; area rugs; and furniture upholstery cleaned. Scheduling was a breeze and our tech was on time. Great experience, will be back again! Melinda

I had a 8x12 foot rug cleaned and a very tiny room in my casita cleaned. Instead of charging me for 2 rooms (105$) I was charged 160$ and I felt it was very unfair and I didn’t understand his explanation of the why he charged this way. I didn’t argue, I just went with it. He was here for 30 minutes. I felt he did an excellent job on my rug but the small casita room looks like spots are coming back up. I think the process is excellent, I think the cleaner really put effort into my living room rug but he was very quick and not thorough on the tiny room area Possibly because I wasn’t in the room when he did it.
It took two trips to clean the carpet. The second technician, Randolph Johnson, did a superb job.

The technician was very professional and polite. We walked through the rooms to be cleaned and he was done within about an hour.
The carpets look and feel great, a couple areas are still somewhat discolored but much better than they were.
Chad your service man was very efficent. He tried to get almost all stains out. he worked hard and did a great job.
I have had Zerorez clean my carpets 4 or 5 times in the past few years. I have always been somewhat satisfied, gaging by other carpet cleaning companies.I have had to call them back the past two times to go over spots. However when Luis came and cleaned my carpets he actually did a fantastic job. He came in and sprayed the carpets completely. Other techs had just spot sprayed. Luis then brought in a machine that no other tech has used before to actually scrub my carpets inch by inch. He then came in with the zerorez water and steam cleaned them, not missing a single carpet fiber. Finally he did something else no other zerorez tech has done, he raked the carpet! He is a fantastic tech and I will hold the job he did as my standard. I’ll ask for him by name!
They were fast. In and out and had my carpet and kitchen tile looking brand new again. I’ll definitely be using them again in the near future.

My tile looks new
You do a nice job on the carpet and your workers are very nice. The only complaint I have is you are the only people that feel the need to charge extra for the second floor. Things are expensive enough without adding to it.
Rugs are not sticky and dry quickly .
Joe did a great job cleaning our carpets. Will be calling today to schedule tile cleaning.
