The sofa , chair and table slide very easily on the tile. I am 66 and can do it with one hand. He said he was finished but when my husband checked he hadn't done under those areas. He said," Oh you wanted me to do those?" I had said so at the start . My husband and I moved the furniture and he brought back with the first machine but never used the second machine. when it dried the entire path from door to door was strreaked with foot prints. I had to get my steam mop out to get them up and the area was dirty. I thought I was getting a super tile cleaning. I got anything but..I forgot to add the laundry area. A whole eight tiles . Got charged an extra $20.00 for that My smallest bathroom I already paid for was only eight tiles so really did we have to do that? All in All not real impressed with the quality or service.

The technician "Rob" that came to my home did a great job and was very professional. He had a great work ethic and would not call the job done until everything was done to his high standards.

Price was kind of expensive was the only non positive thing.
My experience was very poor. I have used another company for our last two cleanings and they do well, but my neighbor raved about Zerorez. I researched the costs and it was about twice as expensive, but we liked the idea of no residue and marketing and the service technician told me the pet urine could be removed. We walked the house and discussed the job and he told me it would take 2 gallons to remove the pet urine spots. He never measured the hallways. I had moved furniture for him so we could get every square foot cleaned of the floor. I told him I would like him to start in one room first and move in one direction. This would allow me time to move the furniture back and allow him to do that floor where the furniture was. Again, we were doing the whole house so I couldn't make the furniture disappear nor could I put it in one place and let it be because we were doing all the rooms (except one and that was full of stuff). He said he wanted to start upstairs and then come downstairs and do it his way. I said alright cause I didn't want to cause a problem and he is the guy who has more experience than me. Well, we got near the end and he asked me to move the big furniture. I moved it, but I forgot a chair behind the front door. He sent me the bill. He charged me for 3 gallons of your stuff to remove the pet urine. We had walked the whole house and we had seen where the pet urine was. After he left, I went around and used my UV light and he didn't do the most visible spots. I also saw that he didn't clean behind the front door (the chair was there I forgot to move- a simple reminder to move it for him would have fixed that). There was a spot in another room I had asked him to get me and I would move a potted plant- (maybe 15lbs), but he didn't get me and so that area wasn't cleaned. It was after he had finished all the work and sold me on the extras that he said the the urine spots will not disappear, it's just the smell the will be removed. I didn't hire the most expensive company out there to remove the smell. I had done that with my solutions and rug doctor. That was a bait and switch. Not being open up front about what to expect. He led me on to believe the spots would disappear and we couldn't see them with UV light.
All in all, I felt taken advantage of. He saw me and saw dollar bill signs with the "add-ons." I He didn't measure the hallways, he didn't report on where he did the extraction for the pet urine. I believe only three spots got done with the urine as they took 48 hrs to dry with a fan blowing on them all the time. And there were places he didn't clean.
