I was able to schedule my carpet cleaning within a few days. Their online scheduling is super easy to use. They showed up on time and did a great job - my carpets look new! The technician was polite and efficient and explained everything completely.
The technician was very nice and even early! However, I was a little disappointed in that some of the stains on the rugs did not get cleaned. I realize some stuff might not come clean, but I guess I did expect them to be a little better than they were done.
