Quick, efficient quality work.
I have not utilized a carpet cleaning service recently, as we only have one room of carpet, but a lot of tile. Shawn was our technician, and he was good at explaining the the process, and how he was going to clean the areas. I was so happy with how the kitchen tile turned out, I had him do much of the other tile on the 1st floor. The tile is 22 years old, and as a whole looks great.! I will use your service again when needed for certain. Thanks, First name removed
Pricing was problem
Very professional!
After rep left I looked at rooms and felt like the rep did not get behind any of the doors in the rooms, felt like he could have closed them and gotten behind the doors. So not as great a cleaning job as I had hoped. Last year I went with a diff company who seemed to vacuum the floors better and got more of the dog hair off carpet.
