Joe did a great job on my 12 year old tile
It almost looks new again
So far the carpet looks good; hopefully, it will look good for awhile. The tile shows a nice improvement. JD did a thorough job and is very customer service oriented!

This is my first time using Zero Res and it definitely would not be my last! I was impressed by the results and my carpets now look as if they were just installed. Having 2 dogs plus 2 cats, my carpet was in need of professional cleaning. I was not disappointed by using Zero Res. The ease of scheduling the service, prompt arrival of the tech, thorough cleaning with outstanding results, Most importantly, the carpet dried quickly as advertised.
I would definitely recommend Zero Rez Phoenix and will continue to use the company for future cleaning service.

My brother and I had a conversation with the representative that came to do the cleaning on two spots on the carpet. He recommended the more expensive treatment. We specifically asked what would happen if it didn’t come out. He very casually told us he wouldn’t charge us if it didn’t come out. We were charged and upon drying, the spots were back. I called customer service to inquire about a refund. The phone rep told me that’s not policy and nothing they could do and would not refund us. While the rest of the service was great, they were 100% deceptive about the charges.
Zerorez is TOP-NOTCH across the board - customer service, service delivery, etc. I'm consistently impressed by the professionalism and dedication of the Service Techs. They always speak very highly of the company from both an employee and service quality standpoint. It's a pleasure having the Zerorez team in my home - thank you!

Once the carpets dried they looked the same as they did before that were cleaned. No change! I understand that because I didn't pay for the pet stain remover that those items would be back but at the least I expected that the rest of it would look like it had been cleaned.
The stains are back, not all of them, but the ones with pet urine. I did upgrade the price for these stains to be removed. It is an old carpet, but I do intend in getting the service reapplied since I have 30 days. The stains really showed up after a week.
Your technician Chris did a fantastic job cleaning all my floors! My townhouse is 3 levels with lots of stairs, and has both carpet and tile. My home looks and smells new again. Thank you, Zerorez :)

The reservation process was easy. I was notified several times with updated time period information. My tech contacted me with a 1/2 hour window as to arrival time.

Rugs always come out great.
The technician didnt even know the type of tile we have. We have travertime but wrote down ceramic and was surprised when I brought this to his attention. He had noted imperfections in the tile that were there previously that are just normal with travertine.
He also tracked in footprints at one point after he finishe clearning because he forgot to wear his show covers.
Also, appearance would not denote that of a cleaning company.
Sorry to criticize but hope this is contructive for you. WIth a mask, your man was better as without he did not have his upper front teeth. Appearances and attention to details were the main issues feeding into my rating.
