We had our carpets cleaned before moving into our new house because there were some crusty spots. All those spots are still there. We also ran a black light over the carpets and there are a ton of spots. I assumed with a professional cleaning company and paying close to 400 dollars that our carpets would be clean before moving in. But now I’m just annoyed.

I wanted three carpets cleaned for 140.00 but one room was a area rug and it cost me 159 dollars. I think you you sbould make it clear that area rugs cost more and aren't included

I have used your services multiple times over the year. The job gets done right, the staff are courteous and helpful, and I have recommended Zerorez many times to others.

Just disappointed that the entire house smells like dog urine now. The last time we had my dads carpet cleaned, the tech let my dad know that he'd detected animal urine and my dad gave him permission to use whatever is needed for that. No one mentioned anything this time and nothing was used. While trying to sell the house, we are running across so many complaints of the carpet smelling.

My carpet, which hadn't been cleaned in over 3 years, looks fabulous after our first no harsh chemicals cleaning from Zerorez. The booking process was easy, and the man who came to clean was on time, respectful and did a great job. We will be calling soon to get other rooms cleaned.
