The carpet had to be cleaned twice, and there were multiple areas that were saturated, I had to put down towels . Plus it costs too much.
I love how clean the carpets are after cleaning. Compared to other companies that I have used there is a noticeable difference. Carpets seem to stay cleaner longer as well.

I'm excited that no chemicals are used in the cleaning. I have pets so i know they won't get any reactions. The technician was awesome he addressed all my questions and was very knowledgeable.

This is our second attempt at using your services because you come highly recommended. We used you the 1st time for couches. This last time we scheduled stairs, a pretty new 8x10 rug and Our hallway which had urine from our puppy. The service was $180. They were literally inside less than 30 min and were finished. I even tipped. They were very kind and informative They offered and we got the sealant as to “bead” up the moisture so it wouldn’t set in if she peed again. They charged $105 for all 3 areas. Now we were fine with that.. until the rug looks exactly the same and they did not even attempt to remove the single stain that is on it. The hallway seemed clean at first but my concern is when my dog peed last night it very clearly did not “bead” up! It soaked right in and my hall smells as if it was never cleaned. It literally all looks the same and my carpet is not horrible or even bad. My rug is only a couple of months old. So overall we are just not that happy for the mass expense for such small areas. The guys were nice both times though! 🤷🏻♀️
Excellent service. Easy to order the service through chat and texting and the pricing was great. I had moved out of the house so Zerorez was able to come in and do the job without me being present. They did a fantastic job on our carpets. Thank you!

I was very pleased with the competent service. I called Friday and was able to have the work done the following Monday. There was great communication back and forth both with the office and service providers which was important with not being present for the carpet cleaning appointment. I was well pleased that it worked well.
There are a lot of small pieces of the grout that didn't get clean.
The corners also are still dirty.
The center of the floors are good but the corners and spots under the counter and drug are still dirty.
Hard working people. Cleaning lasts longer. Dries faster.
