The service rep that provided the service in my home did not listen to my expectation as a renter when using the treatment for pet issues. I have used Zerorez before and the last rep understood that when performing this treatment my goal was not to target and eradicate but spread it more locally to a few areas that were in the service location.
I pointed out the areas, I explained I was a renter and that the home was damaged by the prior owner's pets. The service rep decided to only treat one area. My goal as a renter was not to incur costs to rectify the entire situation for the owner at my expense. Otherwise I would have used several gallons of the treatment. Now I have corrected damage to only one spot for the owner that was from the prior tenants at my expense and the other areas remain visibly noticeable and completed untreated.

I really didn’t think there was an effort to work on some high traffic areas. My last rental we used a competitor and they did a fantastic job with all the high traffic areas. The tech was very courteous and nice. For the price I expected a better result.

The two guys who came to clean the carpets and rugs were polite, professional and safety focused (wearing masks at all times). Not only were they great, but my filthy white rugs and carpet looked like brand new!!
I scheduled this service at the same time I had several contractors coming and going to bid projects so they kindly gave me shoe covers too!
Josh & Zach were the best. Josh really explained everything and did a demo on a large spot in our carpet and it's gone. Have used two other carpet cleaners multiple times and after a week or so they looked worse than they did before they were cleaned. We won't be wasting our money again. We are confirmed Zerorez customers and will not use anyone else again. Josh was the best and he kept us updated as they cleaned. Our carpet looks so good, it almost looks new again. You might not get Josh as your lead, however, the company seems to really care and if Josh is any example, they have some great people representing the Company. Give them a try, you'll be amazed at the difference!
The Tech that came out was very attentive to our specific requests of using caution on freshly painted walls and was very informative. He was a polite young man and did a great job explaining the whole process to us.
