So impressed with Zerorez ... techs Brandon and Gabriel were here ahead of schedule with protective masks and "booties" to begin their tasks of cleaning our carpeting and area rugs. Not only were they knowledgeable but very professional and personable. The carpeting and area rugs came out beautiful. We highly recommend Zerorez and are more than pleased with the results.
Ease of scheduling on the date and time I needed and the service was excellent. Provider or the Cleaner gave expert advice on different types of solvents and various other products available. I was immediately amazed at how fresh and fluffy carpet was upon completion . I really appreciate ZeroRes

I liked that the carpet was not so wet when the job was done. The carpet was so soft when it dried. The guys were very professional and polite and they wore shoe coverings the whole time.
No crunchy carpets, well mannered technicians, reasonable prices, ease of making an appointment and respectful number of emails alerting me to specials etc. very nice company to deal with.
On time -pleasant technicians-do a good job
The tile cleaning machine wasn't working properly and so they had to use a much smaller machine which didn't remove the water and dirt in the grout as well. They did tell me they would come back out and redo it, but this keeps my house in disarray. Should carry an extra machine.
No chemical odor. Carpets are not saturated with water and dry within a days time.

It safe for my family and my pets. They are very friendly and do a very thorough walk though and explain everything. We have had a ton of stains over the last 12 years and my carpet and even tile looks brand new everytime.
The service was 100 times better than the first time I used ZeroRez. Technician was polite, professional, and did a fantastic job!
Was faced with horrible pet stains from roommates dog. After the Zerorez guys were done with it all evidence of those stains were gone.

I had multiple pet stains that another carpet cleaning company could not get out. I sent a message on line to ZEROREX and you responded right away, explained everything to me, and had the technician at my house within the hour.
The Technician Shawn, was absolutely AMAZING! Shawn was very knowledgeable and personable. Shawn explained every step of the process as he was performing it. I was impressed when he got down and actually SNIFFED the carper where the pet stain was. Shaw smelled each and every pet stain spot when he was done cleaning them. Shawn took his time, and made sure that I was COMPLETELY satisfied before he packed up and left. My carpet was completely dry by the time I went to be at 10 p.m. When I had the other company clean my carpets, it took 2 days for the carpet to dry completely, A HUGE difference.
My carpet has NEVER looked cleaner than it does after having the ZEROREZ cleaning. I will use ZEROREZ and only ZEROREZ for ALL my carpet cleaning going forward.
