Very impressed! My carpets are cleaned and they’re not crunchy! The tech was amazing and very professional!
Booking the service is great! They quote quickly and are very knowledgeable. Techs are fine, quite self-assured. They do good work. They can be a bit pricy but I would hire them again ~ I wouldn't however ever hire them again to clean a Tile Shower. $300 and it looks exactly the same as before they got there! I called them back, the tech returned and assured me he'd done his job properly. - Just Not to my standards!
The carpets are nice and clean when they are done.
The products cleaned the carpet wonderfully and left a very pleasant smell. The service guys that came out were able to change my original request on the spot within minutes. Great customer service, I will be using them in the near future.

our tech again! He did such a great job in March for us, and he looked back at his notes from his previous cleaning. He remembered that I have serious environmental allergies and asked me before putting your hydrogen peroxide product on stains, concerned as to whether it would cause me any health problems. It is so reassuring to be able to relax and trust someone cleaning your home, that has as much concern about the quality of his work, and the well being of his clients. Scheduling was easy and the carpets stay clean.
I spent $150 extra to get pet treatment done to my carpet and there are still Last name removed areas were you can smell pet urine without being near the carpet. The carpet still smells like pet urine and has a dirty or “crunchy” feeling in some areas even after being vacuumed once it was dry. We even gave the house extra time to dry hoping the smell would be reduced once the carpet dried but it smells the same as before getting the carpet cleaned.
The house is currently vacant so no possibility of it happening after the carpets were cleaned.
Extremely disappointed for spending nearly $500 to have my carpets cleaned and it feels and smells the same. Complete waste of money in my opinion which I really could’ve used elsewhere.
Seriously clean surfaces! Great customer services...I started using Zerorez years ago and will never use anyone else again.
