Very thorough and professional. We appreciated during this time with the pandemic that he was wearing a mask. We also liked that he wore booties and even gave us some to use. And we were so happy to have some stains come out that we weren’t sure would ever come out! Based on his recommendation we also did a couple rooms of extra protection since it’s heavy foot traffic and we have pets. We will definitely use your company again, thank you so much!
I thought a lot of our stains would come out in the carpet and they didn’t , i went over it with my personal steam cleaner and stains came out with a little scrubbing . Customer service was great the men that came were very nice but I wish the stains would have came out with the money I spent :/

Jordan was on time. Very polite and made sure I was happy with the service. It was only one room but the service was quick and pleasing to me.
I spent $150 extra to get pet treatment done to my carpet and there are still Last name removed areas were you can smell pet urine without being near the carpet. The carpet still smells like pet urine and has a dirty or “crunchy” feeling in some areas even after being vacuumed once it was dry. We even gave the house extra time to dry hoping the smell would be reduced once the carpet dried but it smells the same as before getting the carpet cleaned.
The house is currently vacant so no possibility of it happening after the carpets were cleaned.
Extremely disappointed for spending nearly $500 to have my carpets cleaned and it feels and smells the same. Complete waste of money in my opinion which I really could’ve used elsewhere.
