The service technician Luis C was very professional in several ways:
1. He knew his business
2. He was very conscientious about his PPE mask, booties for shoes, corner guards to protect walls, explaining to be careful walking by the hoses, etc.
3. Luis C was also training a new service technician and was very professional in his training.
4. Luis C also offered other options such as upholstery cleaning and showing an example of dirt embedded in my sofa, as well as grout and tile cleaning and offering to give a quote for both of those services.
I will schedule these other services at some point and I will request Luis C and whomever he will be tutoring at that point.
BTW - the trainee was also very polite and professional. I'm sorry that I don't recall his name.

Techs should have called rather than showing up nearly an hour early, forcing my wife and I to rush and move all furniture. He said the office told them that they had called us to let us know they could come early if we wanted. However, there was no call to my number I used to book the job onilne.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the work performed, the results were great, although I did see they skipped some carpet with the brush machine in the master bedroom.

I've been using Zerorez for years for all my carpet, tile and upholstery cleaning. The team does a great job and they are always careful and respectful. The Phoenix team did an outstanding job! I highly recommend them!

Our area rugs were cleaned well, breathing new life into them. Your technician was efficient, professional and did not try to oversell or up sell us once he arrived. We are very pleased.

The guy that came was super nice and knowledgeable. It was a tough stain (dried dog urine). Unfortunately, the first time, he didn't use the wall corner guards, and most of the edges were rubbed dirty and paint came off. The treated area was on the second floor, so a lot of wall corners were damaged.

After our cleaning service was complete we noticed that there were some blue tinted spots throughout our home that were not previously there. Another technician was sent out to correct the issue but not until four days later. Our things were already moved back into place and it was very inconvenient to have to remove all the things that were put back. So in essence it would have been nice to have a quicker presuppose time to correct the issue.

I felt the drying time was pretty long. And I felt it was pricey.

The carpet was a bit crunchy after it dried. There is a spot that is stil crunchy and looks dirty. The guy was nice and offered to do more rooms I’m just not 100% satisfied due to the carpet feeling crunchy afterwards and the carpet still looking dirty here and there. He did do an amazing job in my daughters room tho so thx

Weston was amazing omg!! Learned so much about my carpet! Next time I want Weston to be the one who comes to my house all time please make a note of it!! I will tell everyone about you guys!! Thank you Good job!!

Appreciate that soaps/detergents etc not used. But the down side is that not all of the dirty spots get clean

For the cost, maybe spend a few extra minutes on the high traffic areas.

The technician showed up, when he said he would. He was very thorough, and go right to work, cleaning my carpets. It only took him 2 hours. I would highly recommend Zerorez to anybody looking to get their carpets cleaned. It smelled so clean afterwards, too.
I will be calling again to get my kitchen tile cleaned.

Office staff were knowledgeable. They send information/ reminders via text. They arrived during the time frame I was given. They don’t hard sell. The cleaning process made the carpet buckle, I was told that would go back to normal as it dried, it did. I am very happy with the job that was done. Thanks Zerorez!
