Great job
Our carpet is almost 13 years old, and a medium-light color. Our dog sleeps on the landing of the stairs (as well as 5 other stairs) and gets his body oils and dirt on the rug, deeply discoloring it. Also, we wear our shoes in the house, which causes the carpet to get even dirtier.
During the 13 years, only Zerorez has cleaned it, and each time it comes out beautifully.
Zack was the cleaner yesterday, and he was very personable, efficient, hard-working, and polite. We are getting our house ready to sell, and I will be proud to have people come in and see how nice everything looks. If we decide to clean other rooms before showing the house, we will request Zack.
They guys that showed up were very friendly and did a good job. I appreciate the professionalism

Responsiveness and doing all possible to get the job done. My stains could not be removed, but the effort was definitely made. There was also no charge for not being able to get the black fabric dye out of the carpet. Ethics -Gotta love it.

Dion was fantastic! He was on time, efficient, super polite and explained everything as he went. Room by room he showed us the progress as pets stains disappeared. He took his time and did not rush. He was great with our dogs as well. We have never used Zerorez so we are looking forward to see the outcome of how the carpets hold up over the next few months. Only downside, which I do no relate to Dion's work, is that the carpets do have a crunchy feel to them today. Otherwsie, really excited at the look overall! Will request Dion every time going forward.

When the floor dried there were several residue (water marks) which warranted mopping the entire floor

What I don't like about your service is that I am not sure I am getting what I pay for. I had 3 rooms cleaned. I thought there was a "deal" going on, but I payed full price.
Also, I would rather know what is the square footage of carpet cleaning and the price. 3 rooms is rather vague. I always think I'm not getting what I pay for.

You're a nickel and dime company and not straightforward with your prices and your customer service sucks I called yesterday to complain and was told the manager would call me back and never did so don't bother I'll never use you again or recommend you
