Great work!
Quick, easy and effective.
A few things to mention:1st, the first technician couldn't explain how the clearing he is going to perform works to make our carpet cleaner. 2nd, the edge of the most staircase looks unclean. 3rd, the spots that we mentioned appear unclean. We had to call in to have the second service done and I had to use my own product to clean some areas as well. We spent more than $307.00 for a very disappointing service. Won't recommend to anyone.
Very polite and thorough tech.
He didn’t get the edges of some Of the tiles. And he did not ask us if we wanted to move the fridge or the stove and I didn’t think about it ahead of time but I would’ve done it. And he didn’t leave a clean line between the kitchen and dining room and the hallway so it’s locked over and splashed so left for five tiles looking horrible we had to cover them with the rug until we can get it cleaned.
Great hard workers, polite and professional
This is the second time we've used zerorez to clean out new floors, and again they've done an outstanding job! Rachel was courteous and friendly. She worked efficiently and did a fantastic job. We will continue to use zerorez for our hard floors and carpets int he future!
The carpet wasnt crunchy after it was cleaned.
Very happy with the results of my carpet cleaning. Tech got out all the stains, all the smell. Carpet is almost 6 years old and looks new! Cleaning it was our last ditch effort before ripping it out because of our puppy's pet stains. Super happy!
I was quoted one price and the amount increased when they got to the house. I told them I wanted my entire house done. I gave them the total sq. ft. of the house and told them that the tile was a third of that. Never did they ask what my tike consisted of, i.e. rooms, hallways, etc. When they got to my house the hallway was extra, my laundry room was extra and my pantry was extra.
I also wanted the grout cleaned. My grout looks the same but now I have white soap residue randomly throughout the grout that i now have to clean.
It was a great price and friendly service all the way around. The people on the phones answered every single question I had about the process. Overall it was a hassle free carpet cleaning. The technician was also very nice and courteous. He of course wore a mask with all this virus craziness happening. The technician really sold it for me I didn't have to stick around for him to clean i was able to finish errands and he locked up for me. Very trustworthy guy. I'd definitely use the service again in the future.
This is the first time I have used ZeroRez. A friend had told me how he had been so impressed with the job they had done for him. We called made the appointment which they were able to get us in the next day. We had done some remodeling so that added to the problem. They did a fantastic job on our carpet, even getting out a red wine stain that I was sure never would come out. Thanks ZeroRez you are my go to carpet cleaning company from here out. I called and pieced out everything with a rep for 15 minutes. When the tech got yo my house the quote was wrong and you customer service wouldn’t make itvright. I bought a cheaper package only because I moved all my furniture and prepped for the entire house to be clean. IThe tech was great. Too bad I won’t be using you anymore. Customer service and price point is important to me. You lost a great cistomer over $50. You also put your techs in a difficult position when they ho to homes that are priced wrong. Apparently it happens a lot. Fix your issues!
