Right after you cleaned the carpet it was wonderfully soft. The next day it was stiff. This was the first time I used your service and everyone had said it left the carpet soft. Is this normal.

Night and day difference. We have 3 boys 2 of which are teens so essentially most of my house is a high traffic area. I have expensive vacuum cleaners, clean constantly but still had dark traffic tracks in the carpet and thought for sure that was it the carpet was unsalvageable. Thankfully you proved me wrong. Tech took his time, paid attention and really work to make the carpets nice again. Thank you will definately recommend to others and use again.
