The guy who did the carpets was great. He was filling in because you guys were really late. But he did a good job.

Our carpets have never looked so good. There was no chemical smell during or after the cleaning. They dried fairly quickly, and were safe to walk on even when wet. (We used little slippers to keep the floor clean while they dried, provided by Zerorez.) I will be letting Zerorez do my floors in the future to have beautiful, well-maintained carpets. Thank you for a job well done!

I LOVED having Joshua and JD out yesterday. Out of ALL the times Zerorez has come to our home, they did the BEST job of really finding out what I wanted in the cleaning and what mattered to me. They had me check every area before they moved onto the next and made sure I was completely happy with the job before they left. They were AMAZING to work with and I would have them out again in the future for sure.

I was amazed as our carpet looks new again! We had some pet stains and they're gone. Our technicians were very friendly and knowledge. We will definitely use their service again.

We let them talk us into getting a spray on stuff to repel liquids. Well guess what a glass if water spilt and it sucked it up like a sponge. I think we should get a refund for that service.
And he said i would be emailed a receipt so far nothing.
