Although the technician was very cordial, i feel as if he rushed the job. There are 2 obvious high traffic areas in the down stairs carpet which I had expressed my concern about upon completion. He talked fast and said that no matter how many times he would go over those areas they would never come clean. I had explained that I had personally used a brand new carpet cleaner on those areas last year and that they looked way better afterward in comparison to him rushing through and passing over those areas only once.
Also, after he said the job was completed, we did a "walk thru". I had only worn the booties provided by the technician, as I was barefoot. I could feel how saturated the variety in the stairs was compared to the dampness of the other carpeted areas. When I mentioned this, he just talked really fast. Regardless of his rushing, I did ask him to suction the stairs again. Which he did oblige. Most likely because he had forgotten to clean the tile and grout in the bathroom downstairs.
I was not expecting the tiled areas to not be cleaned when he finished. The residue and stickiness of the tile caught me totally off guard. He said, "a light mopping should clear that up". (Meaning he acknowledged it looked like crap)
I suppose you're wondering why I am mentioning all of these concerns a week later. Well, I really had to calm my disappointment. I also wanted to ask around to compare other people's experiences with "professional" carpet/tile cleanings. I've concluded that my disappointment and concern are valid. I solicited the services of your company expecting to have clean and fresh variety and tile. I did so many reasons, one of which being that I've been having extreme back issues. My back/disc issues were aggravated when I corrected the aforementioned disappointments myself. Not only was I out 600.00 (cash tip), I spent more time and monies having to visit the chiropractor twice as much since the "cleaning".
I do not want anything in exchange for this review. I am simply leaving it as "lesson learned" experience and will no longer need to communicate further with your company. - Name removed

First time using a company cleaner. Not that impressed.

They were on time friendly an explained everything clearly. Carpet looked new again an no sticky feeling on carpet after it dried.

Chad was out this morning to clean carpets in our newly purchased home. He did a great job with the carpets and provided very useful information to help insure our carpets remain clean. Chad also spoke with us about cleaning area rugs and tiled floors ... we will very likely have Chad or someone else back from Zerorez to clean our tile floors soon. On a scale of 1 to 5, Chad easily achieved the top rating of a five. Thank you!

Zerorez is amazing! I am so glad I called them, I was loyal to another big name brand cleaning company in The Valley but after my last visit from them I knew I had to find another company. I stumbled upon Zerorez on Facebook and decided to give them a try and take advantage of their 3 room special for $125 and I am so glad I did. My carpet is a light beige color and they look like brand new! They have great Covid-19 procedures in place to help keep everyone safe. My technician was awesome he was very friendly and did a phenomenal job the entire time he was here.
