Service made our carpet and tile look better than brand new. Our technician was hands down the best one we’ve ever had. Incredibly personable, smart, thoughtful and very insightful with maintaining our carpet long-term. Super responsive and tremendous customer care, start to finish.
Lack of soaps and chemicals

the carpets were overall cleaner, but there were a number of stains that remained.
Techs arrived prior to appointment which in a normal free day would be helpful but I picked a scheduled time as that’s what worked for my schedule. So the time to get the home prepped was added stress with tech arriving prior to set time. Also techs shoe covers had holes on them and they wore the covers inside the home and outside the home. Wearing shoe covers inside and outside is kind of counter productive right? Also one out of the two techs removed his mask and had it hanging on the side of his face. I just wanted them out at this point, I was kind and finished out the appointment. There was several spots of cleaning missed in he master bedroom which was disappointing. So I had to spot clean after they left certain areas that were not covered on the flooring.
I don’t believe I would recommend this service as it was not five star.
I like how easy it was to make an appointment. They kept in contact with me every step of the way.
Kiran did an amazing job! My 10 year old carpets look at least half that age now! We will definitely be using Zerorez again.

Service personnel has always been friendly, polite, and hardworking. I was astounded at how clean our carpet looks and feels. We had traffic paths that I didn't think could be made to look better. When our recent carpet cleaning was done, the carpets looked wonderful. I don't remember our latest carpet cleaner's name but he did a wonderful job. Thank you

Stains in carpet came back. Carpets looked good for 24 hours. Last time we had a good experience.
