Worker put a gouge in my stair wall while cleaning, knocked a frame off the wall and broke it, cleaned an ottoman and didn’t put covering down first and left a mess and stairs came out bad.
I chose Zerorez on a recommendation from a friend who I trust and not happy with results.
It's clean, no string chemical odors
Our technician Jordan was very professional. He arrived ahead of schedule, explained each option clearly, and cleaned each carpet very thoroughly. He was very courteous and a pleasure to have on site. The finished product met our expectations. A job well done ! Thank you !

Carpets looked great and zerorez worked well with me. Second time I used them. However, this time they knicked the paint on my wall and marked up my baseboard.

You've always been on time. Your people have always been very polite and professional whether they are the ones I have spoken to on the phone or the men who have cleaned my carpets. The cleaning is fantastic and I love that there is never a residue of chemicals left in the carpeting.

Fast friendly in thorough service
Your prices are a somewhat misleading. I do not like paying $20.00 for a area rug and advertising 3 rooms for a certain price and only go around the bed < I would think there is room to do a better deal than $20.00 on a area rug then.
Some urine stains did not come out and I have new carpet. When It was brought to the operator's attention, I heard yeah, that is a urine stain.
Not real happy with this service.
