"Don't make promises you can't keep" !! Be up front with the reality that the time requested for Zerorez to arrive more than likely will not occur. If you value your customers, you'll be honest by letting them know that the service schedules are made 2 days prior and that they might not coincide with the requested time. Please offer the option if that does occur, the customer will be notified to reschedule for a different date. Other than that, I love your product and the good results. Your service people are polite and professional.

I think your employee did an excellent job. It's just hard to wrap my mind around paying over $250 for a home that has approximately 1200 sq. ft of carpet. It's a 2 bedroom 2 bath home with a small dining room, landing and hallway that blend one room into the next.

Our tile had never been steam cleaned. Our housekeeper cleaned very 2 weeks. When she retired my wife and I felt it a good time to deep clean the tiles. An amazing transformation took place. My wife was amazed the tile looked like it was when the house was first bought. Dark browns turned lighter and the grout was the original color. Definitely was a great idea.
Our technician was prompt and professional and did a great job on our carpets. We use Zerorez because my husband had a double lung transplant and you use no chemicals that may be harmful to him. Thanks again Zerorez!
