The carpet's still had marks in them.. Used dawn dish soap and a dump cloth to get them out.

It seemed to be a quick job, verses a deep clean as what your website said.

I appreciated the complete honesty. My dogs have destroyed my carpets snd the rep told me it would be best to replace. However; he could try his best and I agreed to let him try. God bless this young man. He worked hard and got it all out! No stains. Looks perfect. Smells great. Please send a special thanks To Roberto Bravo. He did an amazing job!! The master bedroom still has a smell of dog urine which was the main reason we scheduled the appointment. I was told that was not going to be an issue.

Prompt professional with great customer service. We had never had our carpets professionally cleaned and they really needed some help. Some stains that I thought would be impossible to get out, came out and there is no crunch when walking on the carpet. Looks like new and I have since referred my sister to use ZeroRez in the next week for when she and her family move into their new home. Definitely will use and recommend again!
