Jeff did an okay job but the techs we have had in the past were more thorough using a rake to get up all pet hair, spending more time investigating the carpet's condition, and paying more attention to high traffic areas .
Tech did not know he was going to be cleaning bare concrete when he arrived.
Equipment used to clean the concrete was round and did not reach the corners.
Tech seemed to go over the floor very quickly.
Our carpets were in amazing condition before treatment. It was amazing to see all the hairs (mostly dog) come out of the carpet when Zerorez started the clean. We haven’t had a dog for over a year and he wasn’t allowed in the carpeted areas. I’m confident that our carpets are like new now. Thank you.

The technician did not take alot of time with my floor (maybe 30 minutes) he left many areas of my tile floor still dirty. The areas he did work on came very clean . He said the areas that were still dirty were due to my grout having bern painted? This made no sense to me? If my grout had bern painted then why was he able to get 90% clean? I worked on some of the areas that were still dirty and it was not paint but dirt? I would like to have the areas that are still dirty recleaned.
I love the service that is always provided. And the professionalism that is extended. My only wish is sometimes being able to have some stains be fully removed which I know is not always possible due to whatever it is that makes the stains and the length of the stain being in place.
