Cameron was very personable and easy to have in my home. He took on the challenge of stain removal and weird shaped rooms without a complaint. He even helped carry my area rug outside to hang dry.

I had just had the carpet cleaned 3 months prior. I was left with crunchy carpet that trapped the dirt worse than before. After Zerorez cleaning it looks almost new for being 16 years old, feels soft and smells clean.

The service techs knew what they were doing. They were positive and caring...trustworthy!

I gave Susan the supervisor very specific and detailed feedback yesterday when I called in to follow up on my appt. on Tuesday and all that transpired. I would give you guys a 9-10 rating alone with the fact that my carpet dried in the 4-6 hours that Susan said it would dry. The technician, Julio told me it would take 6-8 hours to dry however!
There are several areas that need improvement with Julio, but as a company I made some suggestions that I think would be helpful for other consumers/customers in the future!
