The person who cleaned our carpets was amazing! We had many spots from our dogs which we thought were going to be permanently marked but he was able to get everything cleaned out by putting in a ton of effort. We will definitely be using the service again.

Great experience our tech Chris was great very knowledgeable. He pointed out some water damage in the carpets that not even our home inspector noticed.

First the techs should not ask to use the restroom. Shouldn’t be so rude when told about a specific stain we wanted taken out.

Each time I've had Zerorez come clean my carpets, there has been a line of dirtiness left on the edge that meets up with the tile in both my living room and family room. My carpets were dirty, but uniformly dirty, so I'm not sure why it's visibly darker on the edge after cleaning. Last year when this happened, technicians came back and fixed it successfully. It looked great after that, and I figured the issue was that I had also had the tiles and grout cleaned. I did not expect the same outcome this year, and I don't love to leave a low score, and I'm not requesting another followup, but I would definitely hesitate to use Zerorez again despite how great the rest of my carpet looks. The dirty edge throws me off.

The best thing is how quickly the carpets dried after the cleaning. The service man, Jeff Klaus, was very nice, answered my questions, reworked my estimate because I had made a mistake online, and was generally pleasant. It was great service and I would highly recommend to anyone.
