My carpet was really in bad shape ,with a lot of pet stains and heavy feet traffic. I had no hope of every feel soft carpet under my bare feet again . I was wrong. My carpet looks and feels great under my feet and no chemicals was used 😃

The communication and follow up for the initial appointment is always solid and on the ball. The results are usually top notch. When I had a problem in the past a credit was offered and I really appreciated the offer and integrity in standing true to their service. NEVER crackly carpets post cleaning.

Our tech was great!! He was very professional and explained everything he was doing. He was sure to wear his booties so as to not get dirt on other areas of the floor. He was done in a short amount of time so we are very pleased.
