How soft and super clean my carpet is
My carpet stood hard and flat. When you walked upstairs it smells like something it wet up to 3 days after, this is the first time getting the carpet done and i was disappointed for as much as i paid.
Many areas found after that were not even cleaned. Just not done 100%

There is a small area of my carpet where my small dog likes to sleep and it gets dirty over time. I've had Zerorez clean my carpets twice now and that spot seemed clean the first time but cam back a couple of days later. This last time the technician didn't get it clean. It's not bodily fluids or a spill, just general dirt and I even pointed it out so it could be spotted. As soon as the carpet was dry the spot was back. I err on the side of extreme caution when my carpets are drying so I left the gates up on the front rooms until Saturday night. The carpets were cleaned the previous Tuesday.

Beautiful job every time- no one cleans my carpets except ZEROREZ
I paid $819.00 for 2 hours of work. This is rug cleaning, not surgery. The stains that I wanted removed are still there. The dining room chairs are still stained. I was told the stains would disappear when they dried. The person who came was very nice, but the cost was exorbitant. I couldn’t recommend this company because I honestly don’t know anyone who would pay that much for 2 hours of carpet and furniture cleaning.
