The Technician arrived on time with a professional demeanor and appearance and demonstrated customer focus … I mentioned I had left my office to meet him at my home, in turn, upon completing his assessment of the carpet areas to be cleaned, he informed me he was starting the cleaning process and gave me an estimate as to how long the process would take in case I needed to get back to my Office…. Nice!

The quality of his work met my expectations, which is hard to do; with me having white carpet throughout my house and to make cleaning more difficult, my carpet has a pattern that when cleaning you have to follow to prevent streaks – as I observed, he very meticulous followed the pattern as I had instructed. While in my home, he practiced safety precautions due to the pandemic by wearing his mask and gloves at all times.

I am a first time customer of Zerorez, I will surely use their service in the future and, since a referral is the best compliment, I have complimented them 5 times already!

The carpets wasn't as clean as I wanted. I had to remove some of the spots myself after carpet dried.

i believe your company does a good job. Our couch, area rugs and carpets are super clean. we did the tile cleaning the last few times which we have been really happy with. we had 2 people here cleaning last time which seem to make the cleaning go faster. Only negative is when they were here 2 weeks ago they forgot to do the tile in the downstairs bathroom.
