Technician seemed to have missed areas. The carpet did not have a consistent feel to it when it was wet or after it dried. Technician did not use corner blocks and drug his hoses across my freshly painted (two weeks ago) walls and baseboard and left black marks. I have used zerorez a few times now and this experience did not meet the expectation or standard that has been set.

I appreciate the four-step process: pretreat, the roller thing that pulls up all of the deeply settled hairs and dirt, then the steam cleaner, and, finally, the protectant spray. It’s very thorough and leaves our carpet looking like new! We know that the experience can change based upon the technician and we LOVE our technician so we request him every time...he’s Trevon B and he’s super great! You can tell that he takes pride in doing a good job.
