Cleans very well and great tech.
The tech did am amazing job. Thought I was going to have to replace the carpet in my new house. Thought I would try Zerorez before making the expenditure. . The carpet came out so clean. I will not need to have the carpet replaced

Prompt, professional, and thorough
I cannot tell you how much you’ve changed my life and my carpets! I have two dogs, one cat, and a toddler so you can only imagine the beating that my carpets take. I had ZeroRez come out and do a deep cleaning and it seriously looks like I just had new carpets installed... like BRAND new. It is insane how the ZeroRez method works. I recommend you guys to every single person that enters my home. The carpets are so clean and fresh, no crispies, no weird odors, nothing. Just clean. Thank you!

Everyone I talked to was fantastic and our technician was friendly and I think did a terrific job. I just think the product itself is a bit over-hyped. Our carpets still had a bit of a crunchy feel to them and it really didn't refresh some of the high traffic areas like I'd hoped it would. I'd give Zerorez another try in the future but I'm not sure how soon.

To start, service was on time. Rachel gave a detailed explanation of what the process would be, started and was done very quickly. I am very pleased with how well the carpet cleaned up.

That there is no film left Inc very clean water and use your own water and at the high temperature it disinfects and gets rid of germs and cleans the grout and tile very well. I have to give Rachel five stars! She did such a great job I'm going to request her and book another day for her to finish the rest of my home.

Tech was professional and nice
Our carpets were not easy due to age but now our carpets have blotches everywhere and looks worse than before. One room was great the other horrible. Did not get to see results until carpet was dried. I’m hoping we can get a tech back to rework the problem zones. Please let me know. Thank you
