Technician was friendly. He also went back and looked at our previous visits so he knew what our problems were in the past. Doesn’t try to push additional items but informs. Love you guys. Would love to have the same tech every time.

My technician Chris was an absolute professional! He showed up on time and was very personable. He went over my treatment options and helped me to pick the right solution for my home. He had to sell me on the additional pet care I needed, but he was very informative about it. I was skeptical at first about the treatment and not sure if it would get my stains out. After Chris was finished with the service I was shocked. My stains were gone and so was the odor! Chris even took the time to talk about his personal pets and share some awesome stories about his dogs. I will never stop recommending Zerorez. The proof is in the service.
