Carpet traffic areas thoroughly cleaned. Carpets dried as explained. Technician, Tobias, explained process, was timely, pleasant, and most important, was kind and gentle to my dog.
Max did a great job with cleaning and explaining the process. He was thourough and was willing to show how some of the other cleaning techiniques work like the tile cleaing process and the upholstery cleaning process. My next appointment will include some of the additional cleaning your company offers.

The service is great. Very friendly and knowledgable technicians. The results are fabulous. The carpets are very clean and feel nice too. I like that there are no chemicals used in cleaning the carpets.
My carpet has never come out so clean. Usually, spots show up a day or two later and I have seen none. I love it that no soap is used! I am very particular about soaps, so that is why I chose your service. There is no ucky smell or feel to my carpet. Chad called before he came, got to every edge possible and was very polite and friendly. He was even worried about my flower bed, and protected the edge of an antique chest without my saying anything. I have posted my pleasure on my Facebook page and hope that brings you more business. The workers were professional and informed us of what they will be doing and demonstrated a small area of what the equipment can do. The workers were not in hurry, but took their time to explain what they would be doing and note the areas that would take extra effort to clean--the high traffic area. At the completion of their work, it was notable the cleaning of the carpet. I have used Zerorez before and I will solicit their services again and will recommend them to others, which I've already done. Thank you greatly for doing a fantastic job on our carpet.
