OK I signed up for 3 rooms. A very small bedroom, a medium living room, and family room ( two area rugs) I saw on the receipt that I was charged for 3 rooms and then additional amounts for the two area rugs. What started out as $125 dollars ended up being $196 dollas. I think your pricing should be up more up front. Also, the television program and the radio announcement said I would receive a bottle of the power water which you did not honor. I will not use Zerorez again nor recommend it to others.

we were told over and over again that the process would not eliminate the traffic patterns in the 2 year old carpet whjich was a big concern of ours and if we had known before booking the cleaning we would have used Chem-Dry which can eliminate dirt, etc. The only good thing is that the carpet is quite nice and soft but I wanted clean carpet. I am disappointed with the process and would not use it again. I feel like i waisted $225.00 for a soft carpet which has the same dirty areas it had before your process was used.
