The Technician was very nice and professional. With a little help he was able to overcome the unexpected roadblock of our apartment being on the 2nd floor. He was able to get the stains out. He did 2 bedrooms and livingroom in about 45 minutes.

This was the first time I cleaned my carpets in Arizona and the process was very smooth. They made an appointment, confirmed with me, and then told me the whole process before hand and the things I needed to do to prepare. And then when the technicians came they were friendly and answered all of my questions. I would definitely use Zerorez again. My experience was great!

I've had Zerorez clean my carpets for about 4 years now. All of their technician staff is professional and friendly. The carpets are usually dry within two hours, especially in the Arizona summers.

Not only were things explained incredibly well we were shown progress throughout. It was quickly completed and stains that I never thought were going to come out were easily lifted by the technicians.

Timely and professional service
First I will start by saying that the tech that came out was very personable and did mention to us that a couple of the stains on the furniture would not come out and I was totally ok with that information. I also understand that the furniture set is five years old and it wasn’t going to look new again. However, the ottoman for instance, now that is dry, shows every swipe of the cleaner and is still showing dirty areas around the sides as well. Anywhere there was edging on the fabric of the furniture still shows dirt. The furniture now has a slight crunchy feel to it as well. Overtime maybe this will go away but doesn’t feel nice right now. It was hard to tell what everything would look like when dry so when the tech left it appeared to look ok. Also, the tech didn’t clean the sides or the backs of the chair or couch and I would think when paying 235.00 for 3 pieces of furniture that you would get the whole item cleaned.
The technician that cleaned my rug, chairs, and couch was meticulous about getting every detail. He was very kind and did a thorough job.
Mattress is still dirty and smells, floor still smells, I seen two spots I ended up using my own shampooer on today. Not worth the $800 I spent!
Troy was great. Very kind, respectful, and informative. Made sure to ask if we wanted and spots gone over more (Hugh traffic areas). Our carpets felt so clear of the dirt and oils of 3 years.
