He called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He did an excellent job and was very thorough. My carpet is about 20 years old, I'm trying to go another year before replacing it. It looks amazing right now because of Zerorez. I would use them again and I have already told friends about them.
I love that there are no soapy/chemical residues. In the past I have used different services where the carpets would look nice initially, but stains would later return. I had my carpets and white sectional sofa cleaned a couple of weeks ago and they still look brand new. And we have 3 dogs! Our technician was friendly and professional. We will definitely use Zerorez the next time we need our carpets or upholstery cleaned.
The worker was great however our family room still looks the same. We are happy with our 4 other rooms, but our family room looks exactly the same.
