Loved that they don’t use cleaning chemicals or with any odors. Very efficient way of cleaning, didn’t take too long to clean. The employee was very respectful, courteous and overall very friendly. Their price is affordable and we were very satisfied with the overall experience.

Communication with the drivers! He was very clueless on what the work order was. Advise customer that there is a $15 environmental fee but for what? The carpet really doesn’t even look clean! Looks like a carpet cleaner did it!

They were very prompt, thorough, and polite. They were very happy to talk with me when I asked questions about other services that were provided, but did not pressure me into anything. They were very careful, for these times, wearing masks.

Friendly, professional technicians. Arrived with good attitudes, masks on, and shoe covers ready. My main carpet problems were high traffic grime, a stubborn coffee spill, and some slime from the inside of one of those squishy squeeze balls. High traffic areas look amazing, especially the entry where the tile meets the carpet! The coffee and slime stains are still visible, but are dramatically improved! I was very happy with how the service went, and how the technicians listened to my request to extract as much water as possible from the carpet for a shorter dry time. We ran some errands and returned to clean, dry, soft carpet. Also, a cruchy sounding spot from a previous cleaning is now gone. Overall, I'm very happy with Zerorez.
